Once again, my husband found a way to make a hurtful comment to me in a back-handed way. He is sooo financially controlling that if I spend one dime on myself and he finds out, he does nothing but make these nasty comments to me. I really don't know what the best way is to handle this. considering people change all through out their lives, the era we live in where lawyers are out to do as much damage as possible, where money makes the world go round and round and its so damn easy to get a divorce... someone help me understand why someone shouldn't get a prenuptial agreement b4 they get married. A friend is about to get married but apparently "love" will last forever for her and she is "100%" sure she will be with this person the rest of or life (but is she 100% sure he will be with her the rest of her life). Marriage is nothing but a legal contract and should be treated as one. so why dont you legally protect yourself. and what does love have to do with marriage?

First, please no flaming. My decision to terminate my pregnancy was the hardest decision I have ever had to make. When I first found out I was pregnant, I was excited although it was not planned or expected. I was engaged and was looking forward to having our baby. Soon after telling the dad, I saw his dark side. I never would have guessed he could be so volatile. I decided to end our relationship, not just for me but for my 4 year old. I figured if he could turn on me, he would more than likely do the same to her and that just wasn't a risk I was willing to take. I needed to break away from the guy but could not afford to have another child on my own and being unmarried and pregnant is career suicide in my line of work. It would have cost me my job which was my only means of supporting myself and my toddler. I did what I thought I needed to do but I still feel horrible. I don't want to lie to my family and tell them I miscarried. What would be the best way to tell them?

My husband comes home and hides his cell phone and when he forgets it he breaks his neck back home to get it. He hides other womens phone numbers. How I know I accessed his cell phone bill on line and found that he is texting and calling the same women monthly. He is a bad liar and sneaky, every job he gets, he gets these women phone numbers and tells me that there are friends. One woman e mailed him, We need to talk. When we gonna hook up. When I asked him about the e mail he said, oh thats how she talks. She sent him another e mail saying I miss you, and he said I miss you too. He no longer works in the same office with him but she is till calling him. I am about to put the brakes on her and him. She doesn't have a man and he is an *** hole when it comes to the so call work women friends. Sould I let the marriage go or should I cheat and give it to him the way he gives it to me.

ok i been with my son father for 7 years we just recentle bought a house and things have been fine well to make a long story short i found a number in his phone which of course was a younger women and she also said he father a son with her when i was 3 months pregant ohhhhhhh boy i never thought it would be me but when i asked for a dna test she said "no i dont need one he will be taken care off" whats should i do not being married to him...he said he never touched her but she know to much information should i just let it go or walk away...

I went to a new years party thing and i go every year and i c this really hot guy there and i never used to where make up but this time i did, and he tryed to talk to me and i walk away, (but before he never tryed to talk to me cause i never wore make up), do u think i did the right choice? I'm not quite sure what this was.. attempted rape? i don't know. anyways I'm 15 and he was 18. He got me really drunk and we went upstairs I did agree to have sex but I quickly changed my mind because it was my first time and I thought to myself you are too drunk to make this decision.. well I told him stop and every time I told him to stop before he usually listened but this time he told me that he was going slow I didn't say anything I still didn't want to but I didn't know what to say to that so he kept going and then stopped, technically we didn't have sex but i guess it's your opinion. At first I thought it was sex but then I had sex with someone else and realized it wasn't. So I'm not really sure what to consider this... ughh.

He's currently over there himself. I don't really know the details but I think he might have been there when it happened. It’s breaking my heart, I feel so bad for him.

Does anyone have any good gift ideas or things that would keep his mind busy? Or that you think he might like? I would really like to do something to help. He won't really talk to me about it (understandable), and communication is very limited for him right now anyway. So I thought if I sent him some packages full of fun stuff that it might help...maybe not, but I want to do something & I don't know what would help most.

We've been together for two years and have a beautiful 3 month old. Yeah, I know, we jumped in without looking for sharks first!! I'm not against getting married; I can't really see myself with anyone else anymore. But we come from very different walks of life and what if he decides I'm not worth it anymore and goes back to what he knew (the streets)? I couldn't bare a divorce (it's bad enough being in love with a black man when you are a white woman AND having a child out of wedlock, but throw in a divorce on top of that and I'm done!). My parents of course say don't get married and his keeps asking if we are talking about it yet. Before I got pregnant, we were talking about it but things have changed in that time. I don't know what to do! Help!!

my ex gf and i had been together for almost 4 yrs and we broke up...it's been abt 3 months and she just told me that she's been w/ another guy the whole time and that he's the reason we broke up and that he's been coming to see her all the time...it hurts so incredibly bad...i can't stop throwing up and stuff...i've accepted it and i will not be calling her or doing the whole begging sissy crap, but it just hurts so bad to try and conquer this by myself...anyone else been through it this bad? how long does this take to get over? what helped u get over it?
