I'm not quite sure what this was.. attempted rape? i don't know. anyways I'm 15 and he was 18. He got me really drunk and we went upstairs I did agree to have sex but I quickly changed my mind because it was my first time and I thought to myself you are too drunk to make this decision.. well I told him stop and every time I told him to stop before he usually listened but this time he told me that he was going slow I didn't say anything I still didn't want to but I didn't know what to say to that so he kept going and then stopped, technically we didn't have sex but i guess it's your opinion. At first I thought it was sex but then I had sex with someone else and realized it wasn't. So I'm not really sure what to consider this... ughh.

I post my email on this darn site 24/7 and still you couldn't fire me off an IM to let me know?! I would have yanked this guy off U so quick his ancestors would have felt it. He knew better- should know better. Listen, your first time should be the most romantic, pins & needles night of your life, not a backroom romp (insert copious amounts of Cap'n Morgan here).
Now, don't get me wrong, I appreciate the next cute, drunk girl as well as the next hot blooded male, but I don't force myself on 15 year olds either. (Not that I can recall or legally testify)

Seriously, not to make light of your problem but make the moment better and stay away from guys that smell like old cologne and cheap wine or is that cheap cologne and old wine? I can never get that straight. Anyhow, if you are still having problems finding the right guy, well you have my number...

First off... if he tried to force you, that is rape, PERIOD and if you are afraid of him, report him. Dont go around him when he is drunk. You are a little too young for sex, thats just my opinion.

If you are afraid, get away from him, the last thing you want is a rape case and being scarred for life for something he did.

It is rape. Anytime during the act of sex that you say stop, or give any type of consent, this is rape. Its true, no means no. However, your state law might have specific statutes on the act of rape. You would have to check it out further. But in my state, this is true if actual penetration occurred.

He is 18, you are under 18.

It is rape in the eyes of the law.

With penetration it can be considered rape. Since you are under age, it is easier to potentially bust him for intoxicatinga minor, sexual coerscion, and stuff. Even if you agreeed and then changed your mind, your age makes it statuatory rape.

I am not sure what you are saying here, but if someone touches you after you tell them to stop, it could be another form of sexual assault. But even if he rubbed his thing on your thing (sorry, yahoo censors) it was assault of some kind...
