my ex gf and i had been together for almost 4 yrs and we broke up...it's been abt 3 months and she just told me that she's been w/ another guy the whole time and that he's the reason we broke up and that he's been coming to see her all the time...it hurts so incredibly bad...i can't stop throwing up and stuff...i've accepted it and i will not be calling her or doing the whole begging sissy crap, but it just hurts so bad to try and conquer this by myself...anyone else been through it this bad? how long does this take to get over? what helped u get over it?

it seems like ur x gf meant to hurt u,i mean if she didnot want to make u a big pain she could have just told u that now she loves someone else and that is it,but tellin u that she was with him while she was wiv u etc...excuse my language but she deserves no shi.t from u

I had a BEST FRIEND and she ditched me for a popular girl who had always talked about her and it really hurts to see her ALWAYS laghing with her going to eachothers houses and I am kind of getting over it because this girl is stealing the popular girl away from my old best friend and also I have many other friends so just get another gf and it usaully takes months I am talking A LOT of months I have just know my best friend for a month and you have been with her for 4 YEARS! but just get another gf and move on

In situations like this, I always revert back to the old saying: Time heals all. It will get better, I was in a similar situation. Good luck to you.
