My dad died and I am not sure if there is a will or not. Supposedly there might have been a living trust. Does anyone know how to check if there is a living trust or not? Also my two sisters have been running the show since he has past and have told me that my dad has left me the junk cars that don't run. However they have not showed many any paperwork saying this. Also he has a house in bullhead city and just sold one in oregon. They will not show me anything. My sister became power of attorney when he got sick with cancer does this have any effect on who gets what? So questions are Does anyone no how to check if there is a living trust? Does my sister having power of attorney have any effect on who gets what of the estate? I will appriciate your help thankyou

He moved in with me about 2 years ago and now says that I disgust him (too old - too fat). I had to have his name put on the lease to have him there .... now he won't move out and treats me like ****. I do not want to leave because its all my furniture, all my stuff - I paid to have it recarperted and repainted and new flooing put in and I could not find a similiar place that would let me have my cats. i've liked this girl for a while and i ended up letting her know...she said she liked me a lot too but didn't want to take anything too fast....she always plays these dumb games where whenever i text her she'll wait a long time before texting me back and make me feel like she's not interested...like super hard to get, but then if i ignore her for a while she'll start texting and stuff...i really like her. i've asked her to hang out about 5 times and we've only hung out one of those times...we kissed and stuff and she was really into me the next day calling and stuff, but now she's back to how it was before she just doesn't seem interested in me???? should i just act like i don't care? i don't wanna seem desperate to her b/c i'm not, but i do really like her it just doesn't seem to be getting anywhere

I have been sick for more than a week. My friends have been more concerned over me going out with them and partying over my well-being. They do not call to ask how I am doing or if I need anything. They just text to find out if I am going to the bar or the NYE party..... I have dropped so much without question to be there for them.....I understand different people have different expectations. However, I have been cooped up for 3 days straight (not contagious) don't you think it would be nice to have them just stop by and hang out for a while? Asking too much??

I have 2 questions. My parents were separated for a long time ago and my mom had to pay for child support. Now if they are divorced, does my dad get any money from her? If my parents had the status of separated, could any of them have a boyfriend/girlfriend or tried for adultry? Thanks!

So, you truly love someone with all your heart. You live your life, move on, but that person still holds dear to your heart. Is it better to go through your life in love with that person, and be alone?

Or, find someone else.......Im sure most will say move on, and find someone else. But what if you love that person, but not anywhere near as much the first person?

We were kinda hitting a rocky patch and alot of it had to do with lack of a sex life. She is overall a good girlfriend, but the lack of sex in the last 5 months we've been together was starting to get to me. We've had sex and we both had a good time. But it has been a hassle to get her on birth control so we can do it safely. She is scared she is going to get used but I have been there for her and not making a big deal over it. We had a fight the other night and broke up until she called 8 hours later saying she wants to work things out..well in that 8 hours a girl i knew came over to watch a movie with me and we had sex for 3 hours. It was some of the best and dirtiest sex i have ever had. I feel like alot of tension is gone and i am more willing to work with her on this. I know she woud have hated it, but technically we weren't together. Is this really a big deal?

We live about 45 min.from her house. I always suspected that since my husband is the only boy in the family, he has always been treated like a baby. I've made my feelings known to my husband. She is also in her 80's, I try to understand the mother side of things. It annoys me though that she keeps calling here just about everyday,talking about anything if possible as my husband tried to keep the conversation short. But she is also very nosy and we have kept things from her because it's likely she'll tell everybody about it. Most of the time we have the phone recording on and one time she called like 5x because we did not pick up the phone immediately and she got really nasty on the phone recording saying that we should throw the answering machine. I was going to confront her about it but decided to let my husband deal with it. She really doesn't like me because she feels I have taken her son away.

My friend is having a movie/eat junk food/ spend the night and she wants me to come over to her house and spend the night. My parents said i can go but they don't want me too. They won't tell me the reason though. Should I go or Not go?

My ex bf is a senior in college and i'm a 2nd-year grad student.(we are long distance). Objectively speaking, everyone says he should feel lucky to have me. Although this is the 1st relationship for both of us but i always had many admirers i just decided to stay single until i met him. He's kinda geeky,shy,not smooth at all with girls. But i thought he's unique, at least i would never have to worry he'd cheat on me. So we went out.We were once very in love, in the 1st 6 months of our relationship. I persuaded myself that although he's not everything i wanted, u know, being outstanding and all, at least he's very nice to me and that's what matters. So i became attached to him more and more and told him i just wanna be with him. As long as he knows that now i love him more than he loves me, he changed and broke up with me probably b/c i'm not a challenge anymore. And maybe he feels stressful being with me b/c he's not very capable of handling everything in life so he cut me out.
