wat i could do? Should i just go to hers or what?

Yeah, go to hers. It doesn't hurt to compromise for the sake of really good friendships. Why not suggest while at her party (if you really want company at your digs) that you're having a brunch the following day for a few friends. You may have to do a quick search for easy brunch eats and a recipe for a low/no alcohol punch to go with them. If you've already bought food, etc., try using some of it for those brunch recipes.

A second thought would be to make the "partying" a progressive one where you go to one first then to the other. Just use caution with the alcohol since you may not have control over how much has already been imbibed. Suggest each attendee has 1 person who's the designated driver.Good luck to you and have a VERY HAPPY & SAFE NEW YEAR.

if you already sent invintations for yours, and you know people are coming, you best stay at yours. but if everyone's going to your friend's, go there. if hers was just a spur of the moment one and yours was already planned, ask her to just come to yours and have her help you invite more people, it'll be a blast

u were going to have one? if u havent already planned it and invited people...ur probably gonna end up at her party b/c no one knows about urs or they'll be at hers anyway

both of you should have it together and who ever has there house set up go there just call up your friends but since u guys are friends it shouldn't be difficult.
