Tell her that the sex is fine, but the cutting is RIGHT OUT!

There is nothing you can do for your friend other than encourage her to seek professional help ... her behaviour is self-destructive. And only professional therapy will help her t get past this problem. She has to WANT to help herself, no one can make her get help if she isn;t willing to accept it.
