either call her on the phone or ask her in person if she would like to go to a movie,bowling,ice skating and so forth

If you go to school, get one of your good friends to do it for you (if you're shy) or write her a note. (with lots of hearts!!)

begin a conversation about foods and ... then say that you know the place that her favorits is fantastic.(but it cost )
