We really love each other and have been together for years. Lately, my girlfriend has been having ‘cold feet’. She told me that she loves me and knows that she wants to spend the rest of her life with me but that right now she feels like she is missing out on excitement because she never really got the chance to experience that exciting single lifestyle. Now she has developed a huge crush on a guy at her work that happens to really like her back. To her, he represents everything that is exciting and new while I represent everything that is safe and secure.

She wants to date both of us for a while but the thought of her with someone else makes me very jealous. I fear that if we do this, her feelings for him might grow stronger. If I am not able to handle it, she might decide to break up with me (maybe hoping that I will take her back). If she doesn’t date him, I am afraid that the feelings she has now will grow like a cancer that will eventually doom the relationship.

Advice?

I'm african-american, and I have a girlfriend who was once married to a klu klux klan member. She has no ties to them any more because of their view points and has gained confidence to be herself and to believe in what she desires to believe in. Well recently she met this hispanic guy who is intrested in becoming more involved in her life and in her kids lives. He's very wealthy and respectable, but my friend is hesisitant because she feels her husband who isn't involved in her kids life in any aspect may try to come back in the picture and hurt this guy because of his race. these past few weeks have been emotionally and physically draining. my wife lost her job, and i've been working full tilt. now that things r looking up, and i'm able to breathe a bit, it's all catching up with me. all i want to do is be able to sleep undisturbed today. but earlier last week, i promised my mom that we'd be there at her christmas dinner today. should i feel obligated to go?

After leaving a verbally abusive relationship recently, many people ask me if I could see the redflags earlier. Well,hindsight is 20/20 as they say.
Were these res flags or just normal relationship stuff? I dont want to make the same mistakes again.

1.Angry over the tiniest things and would give me the silent treatment for days and then show up and say he was sorry
2. The first time he met someof my friends at a restaurant he was mad at me about something and ignored methe whole night.My friends mentioned tome later that they felt very uncomfortable aroundhim and how he was treating me.

3. In the middle of the night, sleeping over at his place, I was cold and got up tolookfor another blanket and he started swearing atme because I woke him up. Next day he laughed and said he can be a real bear when woken.

4. I like the sound of a fan when I amsleeping,and one night I woke up to him smashing the fan on the floor because the noise was bugging him.

My boyfriend just told me that, in his job they're offering him a better rate per hour in Texas, me and him live in Connecticutt. Not together but, you know. Im not rich but im well off and the person im in love with is poor. Lives day by day... For me it doesnt matter that he doesnt have money because he has a heart of gold but do you think anything will get in the way.. I'm friends with this guy...Christmas Eve we went out with a few friends to Canton Square in Balto.MD. I went as friends...but I have a feeling that he thinks otherwise. hi i have a crush on this one guy who i think is pretty shy. i was sure at first he liked me back too since we both kept looking at each other during class(i suppose). he smiles when he caught me staring at him. when i was advised to transfer to another class since it was too noisy. he was muttering something about like why would i want to when other classes are noisy too then his voice trailed away till i didn't hear anything. but i saw him shrug, embarrassed if i'm not wrong. i really like him too. i give him hints in my nickname on msn and if he's referring to me, he mentioned my face cheeks eyes and tongue made me lovely. i'm not 100% sure he likes me and is referring to me. he mentions on friendster that he's in a relationship. i dont noe what to believe now. i heard he's just broken up with his girlfriend but i don't know if he has one now. he never speaks up on msn. is it my imagination that he keeps looking at me and smiling at me? or he's just too shy?:)

My boyfriend called me last night and wanted to make up.
