Someone let one go in the elevator and it really stunk, I knew who it was and I wanted to confront them, THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS PERSON HAS DONE IT.

You guys are misunderstanding, ITS LIKE A DAILY THING, and I have to go to the 35th floor, I have no option but to take the elevator! And he does it as soon as I get in!

I would punch the emergency stop on the elevator, call the person to the front by the doors, and tell him he had to stand with his butt 'crack' to the sill on the door, finish the ride and have this person walk out of the elevator backwards on his/her floor. The sheer embarrassment should get the person to stop. Be prepared for HR to get involved if this loser is a whinny, baby as well. People like that can dish it but not take it.

I would carry some air freshener and spray this person down saying the biggest concentration is coming form your way. Let me clean that air for you.

Just post a sign or something subtle in teh elevator identifying the person. be sure to be annonamous.

Let them know that it's a littl ridiculous for an adult to act that way. But do it privately and imply that others are aware of his behavior.
