i have appliedfor adivorce from my husband we have been seperatedfor 3 years.wewere having cases nearly every week and now i have given up all my rights to his property,pensions etc we have agreeda mutual divorce all the other cases have been withdrawn now the judge says i have to wait 6 months i want this matter ended asi feel very stressed whatcan i do to request the judge to end this marriage now with immediate effect rather than wait for 6 months the caseis in jallandhar

my friend seems really sad and is acting strangly lately. ive tried to talk to her but she insists shes fine. but then the other day i heard her crying in the bathroom at school. she didnt know i heard her, but i told her i did. she brushed me off and now she wont talk to me. shes my best friend in the world. we have been since 1st grade. we've always told each other everything. does anyone know what i should do??

My brother went to jail last year for breaking and entering, while he was high off weed. He's still on probation, and his girlfriend just told me he his selling and smoking weed.

He's 19, i feel for him, I really do. He recieved the majority of the physical abuse from my dad, who recieved a traumatic brain injury at work 8 years ago.

We spent 20K on lawyer fees and phone calls to jail. Because my dad is fully disabled and my mom is the only one who works, I graciously offered the 12k I made working two jobs to help pay for his fees. It was my college savings. I gave it to my parents because he promised to live a better life, and that he would pay me back. One year later, he's smoking weed, selling drugs, and lazing around being an unproductive member of society.

He's my brother, but he has screwed me, and my family, over. So, how do I tell my parents this scumbag has broken his promises and returned to his old ways?

My boyfriend lives in Elkgrove,CA and I live in Cincinnati, OH. I haven't heard from him at all since Thursday. This is unusal, because we always talk on the phone and internet. my dad is deeply upset that my mom wants to live him after 25+ yrs married.. he wants her back, she doesnt want any communication with him, and he is very upset, tense, and depressed about what th efuture holds for him (not to mention he is 55, and keeps saying he wont live long)... he does not want ANY outside help....so what how do I (the son) DEAL WITH HIM and his stubborness to get help???

My childhood was terror. I survived by going along with the disenfranchisement of my identity. It caused the inherited rheumatoid factor to become rheumatoid arthritis. I finally dumped the parasite biologigal preditors, but my heart feels crucified and I grieve constantly. I've had intermittent success by "acting" joyful and having joy actually prevail, but long flareups of my body systems, no true friends, no support except for my husband (who is overwhelmed yet sincere in making up the difference for the RA as best he can)--but the brokenness gets worse the older I get. I know there are people who suffer much worse. They must be lonely for authentic friendship too. Past friendships: I was their friend, but they were unable to be mine, and they all were desturbed when my psychic abilities proved actual--insecurity made them "superior." I know my "true" family members live somewhere. Only in retrospect, when too late, do they feel mercy for you. The world is a shadow for sleepwalkers.

Okay when I grow up I wanna be an egyptoligist............like studying ancient tombs and mummies, pyramids etc........

All my freinds wanna be like, models, and teachers, and like, vets and stuff but I don't and they make fun of me..

We met on the internet, and now I'm in love with him, he's in love with me. But there's a huge setback, I lied about who I am, the picture I showed him isn't me. hey! ok so i am in 7th grade now and i go to a diff. school then last year (junior high) well last year, my good friend and i were really close but now we go to differnet schools and we only chat over email. whenever she emails me she asks me "what's new?" and i tell her... well last week i told her that i have a new boyfriend. she replied by saying... "hey. so a boyfriend? hm thats great................" like she didn't care and now whenever she talks about him she refers to him as "boyfriend" like i he's not real or something.. it really hurts my feelings cause you would think that a friend would be happy for you but she seems to be jealous or annoyed... i've told her that she doesn't need to call him "boyfriend" and that she could be nicer about it but it hasn't seemed to help... any advice? thanks, and happy holidays!

I have met this lady through school and she does not have much money and she told me no money for gifts for the children. I dont know her overaly well but I would like to give her children some things. I buy specials all through the year and have a stockpile of toys in my loft that I use for presents and birthdays for all the children who invite my children to their parties. The problem is I dont want to embarrass her. What should I do?
