There's a girl at school, Emily F., that I think is cool and very sweet. We both are in the school band, and play the alto sax. I also seem to like her a lot. Problem is, one of my really good friends likes her also. My dad has tried giving me advice to ask her to the movies and hang out with her for a while. And he says to approach her and tell her how I feel. But when ever I think about doing it, I get a sick feeling in my stomach, worrying that she wont like me back. Please give me advice!

It was my new job and he was my new supervisor. He thought highly of me in the beginning and that was why he offered me the position. I thought we have a good relationship. But now, I wasn't able to do well at the job because my production was not up to their standard and I had been giving verbal warnings by him... and I may not have my job anymore pretty soon ... All these just happened so quick and fast and I just didn't know it would be like this .... I have a friend that I met 2 years ago and have fallen for him ever since I met him. At first when I met him, i just fell for his looks and when I joined more clubs to get to know him better (and to get him to notice me more) I fell for his personality. He's nice, smart, funny, artistic beyond belief, athletic, gifted with music, and so many other amazing things. We are really good friends but not the kind of close where we tell each other everything. I have a friend who also admitted her true feelings for him but he turned her down because they didn't know each other well enough. I want him to know that I love him more than I have ever loved anyone else before but in doing so the friendship might be ruined and I treasure our friendship a lot. But there's also that chance that he might like me back, should I take it?

I like this kid, hes a senior and im a junior. my friends and i are in an after school fitness class which he is in too.
