You can have a boyfriend/girlfriend at any age. It just depends on when ur ready. 10-14 is the usual starting age, but 16 and up would be the smartest. That way any "We'll be together forever" stuff might actaully happen. Though having a bf/gf isnt as big a deal as it seems.
