depends on what kind of workspace you work in and what kind of job you have.
You could ask your boss to tell them to stay away because they are making it hard for you to do your job, and if your boss wants you to work well, he has to clean the nasty bitches out

You dont get rid of them. Just change your attitude. Ignore them and dont let yourself be affected by them. It only means that they have power over you if you get affected.

well just say i am all work today don't have time to talk and they will know you don't have time for their mess. this is what i used to do i use to open a store and i would bring my walkmen into work with me and i would listen to music and they would know i didn't wont to talk to them. sometime you have to do what ever it take to let them know you don't have time for no mess at work and you don't wont to hear their lies.

be honest with them and tell them to leave and never come back. and if they still come talk to your boss. and tell him that they are disturbing you and that you told them to leave but won't.
