I like this kid, hes a senior and im a junior. my friends and i are in an after school fitness class which he is in too. He sometimes tries really hard to show off and says really stupid things and so my friends and i kinda make fun of him and my friends seriously like hate him. But i think ive started liking him... what do i do!? I can't tell my friends, because then they'll totally make fun of me too.

the thing is i make fun of him too... or made fun of him. so like, its not that my friends are bad friends if they make fun of me... cuz id probably do it too.

show signs that you like him and talk to him more. Let him make the 1st move if u r worried about your friends

This is a tough one. Seriously think about why you like him, then before you say anything to your friends, secretly flirt with him and see what happens. Secret romances are always the best. Once it starts to get a little serious, then you can tell your friends. I did it when i was your age, trust me it works.

Strategize, tell him u think u like him but he has to stop acting like a reject. Maybe he'll understand and knock it off. Try to make ur friends feel guilty if they make fun of you, the opinion of friends is important, but on some things they can keep their nose out of. i had some of my friends tell me over and over once, "Man, u met her and thats the last we saw of u"

if u like the guy go for him let him no how u feel, if your friends make fun of u theyre not your real friends and your better off without them.
