yeah go for it if you want to loose your friend , there's history there beween them and they broke up for a reason , going after him will just end in you loosing your closest friend . old friends before possible lovers . Besides he had feelings for her at one point he may still , do you really want that drama ?

Okay so you are telling me that you are willing to loose your best friend over a guy who will probably leave you anyway?
HELLO!!!!!!! Guys will come and go....your best friend (if you are truly her best friend) will be there forever.
I thought females knew better.
