she lied to the cops to get a protecion order in IL We went to court
an the Judge vacated an or terminnated it for perjury an told her to
let me see an talk to my son that day she went to my sons school
an pulled him out that day went a cross state line in to Ind an file
a 2nd order lieing to them so I went in to court to tell them about the 1st one in IL but she did not come in so it to was terminnated that day I just wana be in my 12 year old sons life but need money to get a good father Rights Attorney can you help .

My sister's husband has announced he is leaving her (nice Christmas gift, right?) She is a stay at home mom and has no money of her own. He has cut off her access to any accounts. He has also taken her self-confidence. She feels like she won't be able to get a job since she's been out of work for so long. I need to help her through this somehow. The first step is to get a lawyer, but she has no money to do that. Are there any options out there for a legal help with a divorce when the mom has no money?

My boyfriend's parents are divorced and he lives with his dad.. His mum lives 3 hours away and he's gone on to her house for 2 weeks.. dont actually have my own money, "our" money is really HIS money...so lately I have been realising that I have the power here, my guy makes about 10,000 amonth take home, and he is VERY controlling with the money, to the point he makes me feel like a child when I need something, Im an adult and I shount have to ask or explain to him why I need what...so I have been refusing sex unless he gives me CASH so I can put it in my savings account.
It sounds like prostitution, sure, but being a SAHM DOES NOT PAY, and I dont want to be broke at 40 when my kid is moved away!
He does NOT want me to work and gets ngry as hell when I say Im getting a job, plus he will not help out with daycare, so I decided this is how it will be.
Besides Stay home moms are kinda prostitutes anyways, if you never had sex with your husbands he would divorce you and no one would pay your way!

I was seeing a girl at work who has a kid and lives with the dad.She was unhappy and we fell for each other.Things didnt go so good becauses I wanted her to leave and she said she couldnt and this caused problems plus we work together.Shes been with him for 8 years and never cheated until with me.Now she says shes feeling guilty and wants to tell him.I said If she was willing to tell him why didnt she just leave him.She wont be able to live with the guilt.He could leave or could stay but will never trust her making the relationship worse.He could go crazy and try to come after me but I hate him anyway for the way he has treated her so I told her One of us will end up hurt,dead or in jail so think about it.Shes kinda screwed and should have just left before getting with me so now its all a mess.Im hurt because were not seeing each other so she can get things straight with him.I wish she would just leave him cause everthings messed up now anyway.I should have stopped this from the start.

hi so my ex-gf broke up with me, 3 weeks ago, cuz of a fight, now i dunno if she misses me or not, we remained friends since that day and still talk on msn everyday until 3 days now that it's christmas time, she's out having a life with her friends and family, and i'm here by myself, cuz i have no family of where i live, we talk less and less but at least once a day. Is this common with internet dating or is it just me?
Also, all i get are scams- unsolcited emails, russian women
african women. all scams !!! I nhave written like 50 women
and I thought I would be guaranteed a few out of that-but Nothing!!
