im home schooled and realy shy i have no social life and my best friend is my cuz whats a good way to boost my confidence?

get involved into some kind or extra activity thats the best way to make friends and you HAVE to talk or else ;)

Talk to your parents about getting involved with home school groups. Most communities now have groups of home schoolers and parents that get together, have field trips, etc.
Home schooling is good in a lot of ways, but this is one of the negatives. Kids need to socialize too.
