I asked a friend for advice on how to handle a situation with another friend because I was worried about how she would react and I didn't want to hurt her feelings. Is that considered two-faced?

Two-faced is more of saying mean things about your friend behind their back and than if they asked if you did say it and you say no but you really did. But what you did is not being two-faced because you were looking for advice for a situation and didn't say anything mean about your friend.

I would not consider this talking behind someones back, you were asking for advice regarding something you personally wanted to handle. So no. Talking behind someones back would be gossiping or talking about an issue this friend had with someone else to this other friend. God bless****

If your just asking for advice thats nothing, if your trash talking or demeaning her in anyway, then that is talking sh&* behind someones back. The way i look at it is, i wouldn't say anything behind your back that i woulnd't say to your face.

No, you just needed someone's opinion and advice. Unless you were saying mean things about the other person then you're fine.

I would say it depends on if you were actually talking about her or if you were looking for advice how to handle something. It's a touchy one.

no you just needed help on the situation...if your friend gets mad over it then it's their fault...i have friends like that too, and it sucks.
