ok . . . my gf broke up with me back in march and said she wanted to date around and see whats out there and all that good stuff after a 2 year relationship. . she starts dating this kid i went to high school with 2 weeks later . . . i hate the kid so its obviously a bad situation for me . . . so i try to get her back for about 2 months and in the middle of june i went NC . . on our 2 year anniversery at the beginning of july she send me a text that says . . "today was two year" just to remind me of it i guess . . . and ever since that text she has been calling/texting/leaving voicemail/or emailing me once atleast ever 2-3 weeks . . . a few times in was 2-3 times in a week . . . i have not responded to her or anything . . . so its been 5 months and its still going on .. .she is still with this same guy so she obviously knows we cant be friends be cause of the situation.. . . . . .so why does she keep trying to contact me?. .

I just got off the phone with a girl who I have been dating for 2 months. We are both kind of new to dating and aren't sure what to do. Up until last week things have been going well. Recently, we haven't talked as much and when she does call me back we only talk for like 5 minutes, before she has to do her homework. She is taking some really tough classes, but I'm not sure she doesn't have more time. In one of our brief coversations she said she would let me know if she hated me (I asked her if she did) and tonight when I asked if she wanted to do something this weekend she made an excuse, and when I asked if she wanted to do something at all this Christmas break she said yes, but it wasn't convincing.

Ok here is the thing, I consider myself a decently nice guy. And I go to college, where I have a (low) paying job that allows me to use the knowledge that I have to help other people, and some want to become friends. The problem is, I can't have any friends, for many reasons. I don't believe in the concept, I just believe that there are only temporary allies, and permanent enemies....and people come, and they go, its just a fact of life.

Anyway, all I am asking is a decently nice way to tell people that we can't be friends that think I'm joking on the reason why (that I just stated).

I was with 2 men, and both times I thought we were going to get married. The last man, I was 100%, even 10000% sure he was the one for me, we were meant to be, etc, and I turned out to be TOTALLY wrong cause all of a sudden after 2 yrs when things were great he up and left for some chick at work.

So, how do you REALLY know? I REALLY thought I knew, but I was wrong.

Like most other people, I dont want to be with someone and get married, and have a failed marriage.

I've been with my love for 4 years, but i recently moved to florida, from winnipeg .. (canada) for two years to go to school. i know im going to marry him, and we're looking to buy a house when i move back to the city, but my friend is always calling him to hang out and texting him to meet her places. they haven't known eachother that long two months maybe. i freaked out and asked him not to see her or hang out with her.. shes a really clingy girl.. a bit slutty, and im scared she'll try something. hes faithfull i know. was i wrong to ask that? am i to overprotective? And then he tells you, well Id like to drive a corvette, but I drive a truck and I like my truck, comparing you to the truck - would you be pissed? He says he is just being honest - I say if you dont find me hot go find somebody else because I have other guys I know who would like to date me because they do think Im hot! At the very least it is disrespectful to tell your wife or girlfriend how much hotter other women are than you . . .

I have liked this guy for about 4 years now, He is my best friend ( my only friend )

Yesterday I was with him and got very sick and he kept asking if I was ok. He figured out that I was not even though I kept telling him I will be fine. So he took me by the hand and rushed me to the ER. Then he stayed with me to make sure that I was ok. He would not leave my side until my Mom showed up and the nurse kicked him out.

My Mom later told me ( she knows how I feel about him ) that she thinks that he really likes me. She saw the way he was looking at me and said that he might feel the same way. Was she just saying that to make me feel better or did she mean it ?

What do you think ?
If she is right I might have just gotten the best Christmas present in the world !

my bf is really really really hot headed when it comes to certen things.my bf had a party at his house and his friend tried to rape me.and i told my bf but i was really scared to because he broke 8 of a guys ribs just because he raised his voice to my bfs lil sister.he is only violent when it comes to a man hurting or yelling at a women. and i told my bf and exspected him to explode.
but i was really suprised because he just stood up gave me a hug and said " that guy must have really hurt you and im sorry for that but as long as im around no one will ever hurt you." and i told him i didnt want him to hurt the guy who tried to rape me and again i exspected him to exsplode and he promised he wouldnt.
is it wrong that i think hes lying ?

I just found out my sister-in-law, (husband's brother's wife) who is "making" Christmas Eve dinner, (and who I've seen "helping" at my inlaws' without washing her paws) is serving the leftover ham and turky from HER families' dinner. My mother in law left a message that we're supposed to bring a lettuce salad only. Now I'm sorry. If I want to be served Christmas leftovers, I'll show up on the 26th, not the 24th! I want to bring fresh food. Am I the one who's unreasonable?

Ok, so on xanga.com, i joined this group that remembers children from the holocaust. then this guy, i don't know, leaves me a comment saying that he was going to rape me. he was going to cut off my hands and tie my in his basement. he was going to make me wear clothing from a concentration camp. then he was going to dress me up like hitler and rape me. when he was tired of me, he was going to burn me in his furnance and watch me die and laugh. i already blocked him and reported him...should i do anything else? i got really freaked! i still am kinda freaked out abou it. I am allergic to kissing my tossels swell up and i can't breath one time i swer i nearly died this only happens with some guys so it's a gamble when I pick a partner -

I have meet this guy and I went on a date with him on Saturday and on Monday i started feeling ill. He keeps textin me and I need to tell him that i am allergic to him. But i don't want him to think that there something wrong with him.

Oh by the way this is a serious illness it something that the under 25 carry in the mouths - I was told by a Doctor

it is very hard to push my feelings to the side....i was with my babys dad for 6 years and we were abusive twards each other...he swears that he has changed and wants to start off very slow...but i cannot forgive him for what he has put me and my 2 children through....i hate him at times and then again i also love him still very much....we have been apart now for 1 year and i truely want to believe that he has changed but then again i still remember how he use to be....is this normal to feel like this???i am very confused please help and do not think i would put my childern through this again....what do you think that i should do?????

I'll admit it, I've gone though my girlfriends email before. Not often, but I guess just to be sure. Today I found an email from a kid at her school that she is supposedly "just friends" with and it read something like this..."i miss you and cant wait to see you
MWAH!!!!" And interestingly enough shes going to his house tomorrow to "drop of a book" that he supposedly forgot at school. I also found and older email from the same kid that ends with "Love Squishy", apparently his nickname she gave him. I don't know what to think of this or if I should bring it up with her. It kind of got my adrenaline flowing at the fact it appears shes been lying to me and going behind my back. What would you do?
