And you see pictures of some of these supposed hotter women and they are ugly? And then he tells you, well Id like to drive a corvette, but I drive a truck and I like my truck, comparing you to the truck - would you be pissed? He says he is just being honest - I say if you dont find me hot go find somebody else because I have other guys I know who would like to date me because they do think Im hot! At the very least it is disrespectful to tell your wife or girlfriend how much hotter other women are than you . . .

Heck yes!
I'd tell him that guys with big packages all drive tiny sports cars and only those who have to compesate for the lack of size drive the big trucks. Tell him you're just being honest. haha. And loose this moron.

Yes it is very disrespectful. Theres nothing wrong with saying that another woman is beautiful but when he gets to comparing your beauty to someone else on the negative side, then tell him to find him a more beautiful girl and leave you alone. Oh yeah, just an fyi, never let a man make you feel as though you are ugly. You and only you know your true beauty...

This boy is disgusting, disrespectful, sexist, and worthless.
"Hot" is a disrespectful word in and of itself. There is so much more to a person than looks, and if all he cares about are looks, he's a ***** up. Leave the screw, before he does any more damage. You're beautiful because of who you are a person, all those "hot" people are just anorexic, bimbo sl-uts. Don't ever lower yourself to society's standards, and don't ever let a guy tell you other girls are "hotter" than you.

Yes it is disrespectful. Why do you put up with him and his idiotic comparisons? I don't know if you are married to this jerk or not but you deserve to be treated better than that. If you are married, get some counseling and try to work this out. If you are not married to him, tell him to hit the road in his corvette or truck! Unless you respect yourself enough to do this, he certainly won't. Good luck.

How does it make you feel? I'd know I'd be pissed if someone was comparing me to a truck! I'd rather be w/ someone who appreciates and respects me. Seems like your man feels like he's "settling" for you. And If he has a tendency to settle for thing people and material items(ie his Truck) that's a huge clue that he doesn't have very much ambition or dive to get the things he really wants in life. More than likely if he (or anybody for that matter) doesn't have the things they'd like/want then their not happy. That's not someone I'd date.

And you are with this guy why? Yes it's very disrespectful! I bet he wouldn't be talking that way if you stopped pleasing him in the bedroom. The only, and I mean only way that it wouldn't be that bad is if he was trying to encourage you to be healthier. But even then he is going the wrong way. ouch. sorry, go find those other guys that will treat you right.

It is VERY disrespectful and even mean but I have a hunch.
You said you were hot. I have the feeling you ARE, from what you said.
He may be trying to discourage you from flirting with any other guy, out of fear of losing you.
I dated a guy like that once. Months after I broke up with him he told me the truth.
He thought I was so hot, he was afraid of losing me, so he tried to undermine my self asteem so I wouldn't even TRY to flirt with other guys.
This story sounds SOOOO familiar.
I think he's scared of losing you. No joke!

You need to throw this go nowhere dirt bag to the curb. You can do so much better. He is an immature loser and not a man.
A real man does not talk to his woman like that.

It's a deliberate attempt to put you down. You can't have a healthy relationship with someone who is so insecure. You have the right idea - get out while you still feel that way - before he convinces you that you aren't good enough!
