im 13 and my parents have been abusing me since i was about 3 physicall, verball, and emotinal... they hit me ALL the time for no resson... like when i was 4 my mom was sooo mad at me 4 not eating my vegstables that she hit me soo many times that i still have a scare from it and then she told me 2 leave like she kicked me out of the house and i hid in a tree for like hrs... ive always just delt with it... but a few weeks ago my mom was hitting me all the time and she was saying horrible things 2 me everyday that i was so sad that i couldnt go 2 school and i was so scared of what was going 2 happen that i put a bookshelf in front of my door 4 a rlly long time... well my question is what would happen if i told some1? i kno most of the time they send u away 2 live with relatives but i dont kno any1 that lives in america and actully i dont have any that i have ever meet...and also what would happen 2 my parents? i rlly dont kno what 2 do and sometimes it gets rlly scary...what should i do?

My best friend Pat of 5 yrs from highschool recently told me that my bf of three months is only dating me to win money from his frat brothers.He said they have a list of girls that fit a certain profile and that have no experience. Who ever gets that girl to sleep with them gets money and then dumps the girl. I feel so sad and cant stop crying. He also said my bf's been cheating on me when he stays later at partys then me.It would explain why other girls are in the back round of some of his calls and sometimes answer his phone. Should i confront him or dump him?

Ok, I have a brother coming home from the navy in Jacksonville, Florida. i REALLY miss him ! He's coming in on Thursday, the night before my basketball game and Christmas show and my brother's basketball game in Martha's Vineyard. And what do you think he chose to do ?! GO TO MARTHA'S VINEYARD ! Im so mad because i really wish he could have come to one of my activites on those days! I miss him and want to spend time with him ! Do you think he is favoring or is he going to be with me later ?! i dont know ! I just wish he would come to one of my games or the christmas show! And when he;s home for the holidays, he is always out talking to people and saying hello and stuff ! Its really hurting my feelings....I don;t even know if im gonna be able to spend time with him ! =( And he's always with his so called BEST FRIEND (cough cough girlfriend) so, help is appreciated ! I don't want to get back at him, but i feel like i want to get back at him, and am afraid i might do something that i will regret, how do i get over that feeling. I want to try to trust him again. he was in an online/phone relationship, says they haven't met in person, but he called her more than he called me, called her baby in emails and told her he missed her. I also found out he has profiles in adult sites, that part of it he denies and says that they are spam emails. He says he is willing to do whatever it takes, and i've tested that by telling him i want to go through his emails with him, get rid of certain female contacts, go through his phone bill, not forever, just for a while so i can regain some confidence in this relationship. Now i need to know what is actually reasonable to ask of him, and what might actually make me feel better. And if i do that if i am just asking for him to make more calls from public phones, get another email address, etc.

She agreed on this and the divorce is final.I make her pay no support and cover ALL expenses for our child.She has standard visitation rights in Texas,however she is allowed to have our child often by me. All for the good of our child. About to finalize qrdo on 401k and she will get a great deal of money. Would a Judge change the decree and custody arrangements? She is bitter that she gets no support.

I have a bad chesty cold and 2 children and a HUSBAND! he thinks when i am ill I should watch the kids, cook his meals maintain the house and do anything else required.
However in a couple of days when he has the same cold I will be expected to bring him fluids and pain relief with a cheerfull smile and still do the rest! Tell me I am not alone.
If i say I am ill I am a poor patient if i don't he forgot!

well I’ve been in love with one of my best guy friends and we see each other every once in a while and so he had and is now back together with his ex who happens to be bipolar and lives in Pennsylvania and he has never met her or anything she’s off the net… so I saw him on Thursday December the 7th and we kissed and held hands like the whole time you would have thought that we were together but we were just friends and he didn’t have a girlfriend at the time. So I call him Friday morning before I go to school and he asks me to be his girlfriend and this the day after he promises me to never get back together with her cause he is so in love with me… right…so I talk to him and everything is ok until I asked him “what is wrong with you? Your acting weird.” cause I know him better then anyone in the world and he says I still love Julie (his ex).”And I say “I know that, so what do you want to do about it?” and he says “well Julie had this crazy idea that I could have two girlfriends so would you think about it?” a few min’s later “ummmm no I don’t like her and she doesn’t like me and I don’t share.” I say “So who do you want her or me?” and he says “well I know I’m going to regret this…” so I finished his sentence “let me guess her right? You love me o so much but you’ll pick her over me? I don’t think we can talk after this conversation you have hurt me way to much and I can’t stand here on the phone with you and act like you didn’t do anything to me when you did….” so right before I hang up he says “I will never forget you and I will always love you and you know that”

My friend has been involved(sexually, she lost her vcard to him) with this guy for a few months now. Yet during this timeframe he has not asked her out yet. He rarely calls her..and its like she has to talk to him about talking more, which he has attempted to do to a degree. Yet he was the cause of her leaving her first relationship because she cheated with him.( in other words, while she was dating Guy 1, he was pushing up on her). It has been like 3 months, and as far as I sesen and what she has told me it has been more of a sexual relationship. She has brought up the dating issue up to him before, and he has told her "I want to be with you, but i dont want to be in a relationship". He also told her when he came off to school all he wanted to do was cake up. I mean he constantly says he can see it long term..etc. Recently the issuewas brought up again, and he told her the same thing.. and he also added that he wanted to respect her exboyfriend. Does he want to be with her or not?

He's constantly calling me, asking me to come there for thanksgiving, asking to come here for Christmas, constantly making plans for us, but he wants a divorce. So he says. I don't want a divorce. This will be my second. He's immature, I realize. But I still love him and don't want to give up on him. We have been seperated for about 6 weeks, it's been hell. I can't go back to him because he has made me look like such a fool in this small town, but he says I shouldn't care what other people think. But I do. And he's not the one looking foolish. Sometimes you can say something or do something to make a person have like a "brain fart" and say "man, you're right" How can I get him to understand where I'm coming from. He's willing to work on our marriage if I'm there with him, but if I stay gone, he wants a divorce.

so i asked the love of my life for her hand in marriage, & its been two + weeks with no answer from her. the way i see it, that means no. so do i break it off from her all together, or wait & hope i get some kind of answer out of her after she's done with school this week? i am stuck b/c i do love her & want her, plus she was the one dropping hints the last two months about marriage, how cute our kids would be, coming home to me and falling asleep in my arms everynight etc. so of course my head is spinning out of control!! the bottom line is simple, i want to spend the rest of my life with her, but if she doesn't want to marry me, what are the chances to where she will later on down the road? do i take that risk, or count my losses & move forward to bigger and better things. most woman have told me no matter what was on their mind, they would have said yes in two seconds, & not 2 wks. if they knew that their mate was the one they wanted to marry. i think im screwed which = a brk heart
