I know this guy and we were sorta friends at work. He got laid off and I had seen him at a holiday party (saturday). We hit it off great that night and he gave me his number. Any suggestions on how long I should wait before calling him??

well i say that you shouldn't follow any of those cliche's and wait three days. I think if your really into him then call him, if not then put his number aside until you feel like it. Life is short you may find out he is the one or it may turn out to be a horrible experience but in the end you took a chance. I think the best thing to do is go in with an open attitude and see what happens, don't expect too much and just go with the flow. You never know you may have just found your last boyfriend :)

I suggest you wait three days. Don't call after Wednesday night for a weekend date... Most importantly make it a very casual call and don't seem too eager about getting together. If he really wants to do something with you, then he will initiate the date.

Gave you the number on Saturday, so call him tomorrow (Tuesday) and ask him out for Friday.

Just give a casual call, and see if he wants do more with you. Don't wait more than 2 days, I would think.

Hey don't wai just forget about it don't even worry about that you hit it off...Forget it go on like nothing happends...He maybe call you ar not you never know I specially reccomend this to you never never think that when you give you phone away they will call you never get that out of you mind OK.

well you might want to investigate his behavior and get to nkow him I'd say wait a few months find out some things about him then if you really like what see and what you know then I say hell go for it girl but don't jump into anything serious cause he may change his mind and it will be you hurtin all the time trust me I know

call him wednesday or thursday and see what he's doing next weekend... offer to do something casual where you can talk... if he's busy or says no, make him call you back
