Umm you could try talking to her, trying to maybe make her think is she making great decision about her life etc.
I wouldnt just dump her because to call yourself a friend to anyone you have to have loyalty, and loyalty means sticking by someone and not running at the first sign of trouble or becos other ppl say things about them. Doing that means you never kinda were a friend.

i would just kind of distance my self from her i guess. see i had that problem too. my best friend was doing things she shouldnt be just to name a couple she got caught in our school bathroom by the homeche teacher giving a ******** to this guy. Yeah my best friend. She also got caught in the high school gym bathroom smoking pot. yeah my best friend. So everyone automatically assumed i did that kind of stuff. I just reasuured them i never did drugs i'd gladly take a drug test and i'd never suck a guys little smokey in a bathroom where the virgin mary could catch us. i have more class than that but...... she is still my very best friend and although she made bad decisions in her life i was still there for her cause although she didnt think clearly from time to time she was always there for me. dont give up on her. she needs you.

I wouldn't be best friends to a ho! One of my very best friends is friends with a ho and even that's causing problems because I don't feel the same about my friend anymore. She had a party on Saturday night and I went but the ho was there so I left early because I don't hang around sl*ts and don't want to get that kind of reputation.
Look for a new best friend.
