I'm 45 years old, single male, raising a now 12 year old boy. What irks me is I hear women say "there are no nice guys out there, yet my son's mom didn't want a guy who was raising her son, going to work AND going to school at the same time. She seemed to prefer guys who had money, were just plain jerks, and is now married to a struggling screenwriter. Nothing against screenwriters, but what gives? I wanted to marry her, maybe she wasn't ready, blah, blah. But the next time I hear some woman say that there are no nice guys out there, it will be all I can do to hold my tongue. I've been looking for maybe ten years now, and all I find are women who are so in love with some guy who treats them like crap. Has our society degraded to the point where women are being raised by abusive dads, and they think this is love? I would really like an answer to this one. I've asked women, men, everyone.

We were found to be related and therefore could not get married. We definately have to stop, but we deeply love each other and already had sex. How can we stop this without pain and stress and also avoid sex again?
My parents and Ankles claim my girl friend's mum is a cousin in our family and we shouldnt go ahead and marry. My mother will say things to my wife that she finds rude or judgemental. Sometimes these things happen when I'm in the room and sometimes when I'm not. I don't pick up on the fact these comments are inteneded to be rude. How can I learn to spot these offenses of my mom and better support my wife?

there are some relatives who hurt me real bad, just after my father,s furrnal they came back to our place and started asking about my father's stuff, money, one of them ment to set in my father's favourite chair, another one sat with her daughter in his bed and asked for his clothes because some of them was new not to be wasted.
they didn't respect my sadness, i was you teenager, ineeded their help bt nothing i got from them so i kicked them out of our place and since then they bad things about me
infront of other people they act nice so people think that im the bad one
some people told me to forgive them if i wanna go on but i cant...it's to hard. it happened 6years ago and i still remembre it as it was yesterday.
Am i a bad person for not forgiving them?!

I am falling inlove for a guy who's really younger than me by 5 years...he is just like my sister's age nad somewhat like a brother too. But then, he's been showing special gestures to me and tells me sweet special things. We've know each other for almost 6 months. I like him and he has something that caught my eye.
