Sorry. But there's are no magic formula, and if there were, then 'it would (her love) be REAL ~ but not yours.'
Just be 'who' and 'what' it is you are ~ and don't be what you think someone might like you to be, no acting or performances.

don't worry about what race she is......and concentrate on what sort of person she is!...if you like her just tell her that, it shouldn't matter if she is mixed race same race an alien or a Pygmy she is still a women and a human being, so man up and ask her out or at the very least get to know her better an tell her how you feel!!

You cannot MAKE anybody love you, love just happens. If you want to get a girl to take interest in you... first you need to be interesting. Find out her likes and dislikes first, then incorporate them with your own talents. If you really like this girl then take up a hobby, get fit (go to the gym), get a radical haircut, do something! You will find that many girls will be attracted to you when you have something interesting to talk about. And since the girl your interested in is of a mixed race... you should find out about her background and tell her how interesting it is that she has such a huge culture. Talk to her about her background... a girl wants nothing more then to talk about herself no matter what its about.

You can't help who you fall in love with
you could fall in love with a black, white, Asian mixed race or even a alien love is love and knows no boundaries!

Go out with her, as a friend. Don't push a heavy relationship on her. After a time (maybe a few months) she'll respect you and trust your opinions -then you can show her that you are interested (romantically) in her, but Dont push for sex at an early stage in the relationship, or else she may despise you for being shallow.

try and be yourself, we girls love guys who are true to themselves, but we also love guys who can be our best friend. someone who can be there through our ups and downs, make us laugh when we cry and be a good shoulder to cry on when we relly need to cry and who's a good listener. take my advice and she'll eventually fall in love with you, (in her own time of course), don't rush anything, make sure that she's just as comfortable in your company as you are in hers, if you want to take a little you have to give a little too. hope it works out for you both.

you cant make someone love you! love happens in its own time!
if you plan it never works out!
love is something you will know once it hits you! and when you try make love happen it always ends up to fail! so be yourself and you never know! but if love doesn't hit her then it you might not be the one! just settle down and don't worry to much about it! otherwise it will work out wrong, JUST BE YOURSELF!
