Guys, if you know that a girl ended her relationship 8 months ago with her ex fiance of 6 years, would you play it really cool with her if you really liked her?

would you just keep things casual at first rather than dating?

What's the difference between keeping things casual and just dating?

hi i can see that you really like this guy and you would like something with him. i am in a similar situation only the guy is just out of a 3 year relationship and doesn't want anothere relationship people say to you forget about him but you can't turn your feelings off like a tap not that easy.

now tell him that you like him alot and would like to take things further if he is interested but make sure your ready to move on to a new relationship and this is not a rebound thing. i know its hard especially at first when things are casual but most relationships don't start straight away they take time. so just talk to him.

However the situation took me. If I fancied having some fun, it'd go in that direction, if it seemed more interesting to mess around as mates, then I'd do that. Depends on whether the girl is up to scratch really, and whatever feels right for me to do. Me being friendly doesn't signify that we would only be friends. Me taking her home for the night doesn't signify she's got me as a boyfriend. If he's any good you'll never know exactly what he thinks of you.

It's possible that the guy might be afraid of a commitment of 6 years like your ex fiance, so it could make him want it to be more casual, yes.

Go out, just as friends, for a few times. You can casually let her know that you're fond of her -but don't get too serious too fast, or you'll scare her off.

I would definitely be wary of getting in too deep , too fast.

Some people need longer than others to adjust but for the sake and preservation of my own sanity and emotions, I would let her lead the pace and try my best to keep things as uncomplicated as possible.

Guess I would see how the lady reacts, if she just wants to keep it casual for a while then I'd respect her decision.

Yes I would keep it casual and be her friend and respect her feelings if she wanted some thing more serious only then would I purse it.
