I would not want to get married because i don't want someone bitching at me all the time and I don't feel like giving something up for someone else. I definitely would not want any kids, as I hate kids and I would just ignore them all day and yell at them. If I had a wife, I would have fun and scream at her all the time, so i can be a tyrant

The last 6 months me and my boyfriend have been having a rough time.. he took a break from me for 3 weeks with hardly any contact at all and it was all because he said he needed time to focus on his career and wanting to be a professional basketball player it involves a lot of training etc. so he used me as an excuse to sayi got in his way so we took a break . anyway in 3 weeks he ended up realizing he couldnt do this without me and made a mistake i came out and asked him Honestly was it having to do with girls b/c it just doesnt make sense why u would want a break. And he is a really nice guy i mean great heart and all that and he said no no no even tho he did go and party during those 3 weeks. Ok these girls spread rumors saying that the had sex with him on the break and before when we were dating. he denys the entire thing and was really upset that i didnt believe him at first. he said u are my future i want to marry u why would i mess that up? why does it still bother me?

No children: what am I "in for"?
Does having children change the character of a person? Or do certain people of a certain character decide not to have children. I am contemplating on whether having children is a good choice. I believe it it not mandatory to have children and also that it doesn't fulfill any ideal to have children. Considering the state of society now, I can not imagine rearing up children in this society that seems to progressively become laxer in values. I also think bringing up children is not so easy any more. I do not think it selfish not to have children. And the religious ideas of a "good woman" becomes a mother is not for everyone. Hedonism is thoughtless way to squander time and that isn't a reason to not have children.

Ultimately I fear that I may miss out on great blessings, and other such invaluable sharing of one's life..Any thoughts/opinions?

I constantly hear that women are hypocritical because they say they want a decent man, but then continuously go for the jerk. I hear it all the time from guys. At first I thought it was some lame excuse for guys who couldnt get a girlfriend. But over the years, Iam 21 now, I have come to realize that these guys are right! Not only that but Iam running in to more and more women who sheepishly, and shamefully admit to their foolish tendency to go for bad guys.
I have come to two conclusions.
1.) Women like men they feel they can change for the better! 100% of the time these guys are Aholes!
2.)And the most twisted epiphany of all!!!!.......................women for some odd reason feel they dont deserve a good man!!
the question I have to ask is this.
WHY DO WOMEN THINK THIS WAY! It is cauing decent men to abandon their values in the name of getting a woman.
And from my own experience, this works!

Let´s say there's this good looking woman who likes you but you're kind of shy or afraid of getting hurt. Well, how would you feel if she took the initiative? For example, maybe you've gone for a drink with her a couple of times and you havn't taken it further. Say she invites you out or makes her feelings known to you, how would you feel? Would it put you off her?

I'm in my mid-twenties and I work in an office where this childish guy always tries to mess with me...he taps me on the shoulder and tries to hide, he swats me with his paperwork, he always has some sarcastic joke or riddle to tell me...then, next thing you know he's asking me on a date...what's the deal with all this childish flirting? And why do some adult men pick on women, when they really like them? Why can't they just be nice if they're flirting?

I am a guy and me and this girl were supposed to go on our first date sat. i asked her out last week and she said yes. I texted her sat to see if she could still go and she cancled cause she said she had to go christmas shopping with her mom.

I said ok and that was it.

What should i do on monday? Girls would you want me to approach you and ask you out again this coming weekend or would you approach me?

ie: they will inevitable do something that normally most women would ask them about first. when a woman is intested in him she asks alot to please him. but most men just do first and pay the consiquences later. such as, most girls would ask or wait to be asked about a passionate kiss lets say....but, most men would just lay it on u without even seeing if ur into it. what am i missing here guys? and girls ur perspective would b good too. ty ps. i fully understand under certain "passionate situations" quesions r not necessary. i'm mainly speaking on a new meeting type thing.

I am 23 and have been dating my current boyfriend for almost one year. This is my first real relationship that I have ever been in. Anyway, he treats me really good and is very supportive while I am going through school. He is the kindest man I have ever known and he is all around great!! My dilema is that he can be a negative person sometimes and I can be hard to deal with because I always try to be positive and look at the brighter side of things. It can get really annoying and bring down the fun in our relationship. He doesn't really have a lot of friends because he likes spends a lot of time with me. I want him to go out and do more things and become a more positive person. I am so confused because I love him so much and I see myself with him for a long time, but I need him to change some things about him. Is it possible?? Can he change into a more positive person?? He treats me so well though... what should I do???

Why are my grandparents so selfish? It breaks my heart. My husband has been in Afghanistan since last January, and he gets to come home this January for 2 weeks. We decided in June that we would meet in Wisconsin because both our mom's live there. About a month ago, my grandparents who live in Alaska went on this tirade on how he's doing it on purpose just to ruin their Christmas. I'm a full time student with pets and was hired seasonally at a company. They expect me to drop everything and visit them because there may be a power outage and the pipes could freeze. I'm expected to take my finals early, quit my job, and hire a pet sitter to stay at my house for a month. They don't want me visiting my husband at all. They are the ones that raised me, so have the capabilities of makes me feel extremely guilty. I have totally lost my Christmas spirit and have been spending most my days crying as of late. How can people you love be so selfish? I don't know what to do.

He's a mean big black guy and most people are intimidated by him. I have always noticed that he talks and treats me like crap. He has a very short fuse and i've seem him come close to hitting my sister. Yesterday i accidently closed the door behind me(he wanted to go in but i didnt see him coming)and he gave me the dirtiest look ever. I dont know what his problem is. The worst thing he is helping me and mom move house and i was in the van with him and his friend and he openly called me thick. I have a policeman boyfriend and i know my sisters husband has done terrorist things in the past,i could say something if i wanted to but i wont because of my sisters sake. I dont think he respects women,i dont know what my sister see's in him.

my boyfriend and i have been together a long time and we always talked about starting a family together. he is graduating college this month and has a job waiting for him which pays a lot. i on the other hand am still in school for another 2 semesters.we currently live together a few days a week and a the other days i am at home with my parents. ( this arrangement was made because my parents wouldnt let me move out until i was married) anyways, my boyfriend is saying that he wants to propose to me really soon just so we can move in together sooner. i would love that, but i dont feel that its fair to me that the only reason i am getting a proposal is so i can move in with him full time. i want something special and meaningful, not just something that he "has"to do so we can live together. would i be wrong to tell him not to propose to me until he actually wants to marry me and not just live with me.am i wrong? and i wont move in with him until i am at least engaged due to family issues

Okay so, I always have bad dreams about me getting hurt, me getting kidnapped, someone breaking in my house, or even my lil' sis getting hurt. One time I had a dream that I was in the Wal-Mart parking lot with my mom and some guy ran up to me, picked me up, and kidnapped me and my mom didn't even notice til I started screaming like heck! Then I wake up sweating and I get paranoid and think that someone's in my house and I like hear footsteps and can't go to sleep til like 3 whole hours. And I just freeze, but I keep looking outside.( to see if anyone's out there. But no one EVER is) HELP!
