Okay so, I always have bad dreams about me getting hurt, me getting kidnapped, someone breaking in my house, or even my lil' sis getting hurt. One time I had a dream that I was in the Wal-Mart parking lot with my mom and some guy ran up to me, picked me up, and kidnapped me and my mom didn't even notice til I started screaming like heck! Then I wake up sweating and I get paranoid and think that someone's in my house and I like hear footsteps and can't go to sleep til like 3 whole hours. And I just freeze, but I keep looking outside.( to see if anyone's out there. But no one EVER is) HELP!

I did that as well as a kid.
The dreams are trying to tell you something.
Theres something in your life right now that is "taking you away" from what you should be doing... The following is from dream moods .com:

To dream that you are being kidnapped, denotes feelings of being trapped and restricted. Someone or some situation may be diverting your concentration and your attention away from your goals.
To dream that someone has been kidnapped, indicates that you are not letting aspects and characteristics of that person be expressed within you. You are trying to contain and/or suppress those qualities of the kidnapped person.

Look at your life and determine what needs to be changed.
Good luck and happy sleeping!

Your just like me! I have dreams that have me kidnapped, murdered and I even had a few freaky dreams where i'm swimming in a pool of blood with bodies. (shivers) It's freaky when that happens. Try to go to sleep earlier and don't watch scary movies before you go to bed. Also, if there is something going on in your family that is keeping you on the edge like that please seek help. :) It's ok to get help and seek guidence ok? I hope everything is alright.

a lot of bad dreams are caused by eating something heavy at night. Blood flow is affected thus affecting the mind. So try avoiding eating at least 3 hours before going to sleep.
Try to think of happy things before going to bd or listening to soothing music.

First: Remember! You have the control over the dream.
second: Take that control!
You can start by relaxing, and ask for help from your guarding angle to protect you. then try to think of a realy nice day. you should also speak to your doctor about this for more information and help.
