I asked my wife for a divorce but she refuses to give me one, can I still divorce her in the state of PA? What do I need to do? Can I file without her or how does it work?

This problem started back in January. I met this girl named Katie and I started liking her right away. We got to know each other and we found a whole lot in common, like we both loved to sing, and we are both very strong Christians. We started singing together at school. Soon, I grew infatuated with her, then she started going out with my friends. So I started going out with this other girl named Erica, and it was alright except for I started losing interest, then I told her about Katie just to be honest, and a couple of other things happened and it just hurt her, so I broke up with her. I thought I was over Katie, but I get somewhat jealous whenever everyone else hangs out with her and I can't because I've got a whole of crappy homework, and I still have this bellowing feeling in the pit of my stomach. Every night I pray for a Christian girlfriend so I can that special connection with someone and so I can get over Katie, but my prayers haven't been answered. What should I do?

i really did not know that i be longed to you, i had no idea i was apart of your corporation, but you must understand i had people making up lies about me trying to ruin my image and good respectfull name and slander my good reputation with everyone, plus my eyes had barely come to focus, so i hope you understand , i had know idea i was property of blue corporation. There's this girl I like; she lives on the same floor as me in my dorm. I've known her since the start of this school year. We became friends because we both played tennis and racquetball. I started to like her a lot, but I was afraid to ask her out. I did nice things for her, like getting her tennis racquet strung for her and giving her home food that my parents sent me. I felt she wasn't paying attention to me, so I tried other things like playing pranks on her; that didn't work. I asked her out to a restaurant, but she denied and said she'd only go if her other friends went also. She never responded to that message, and since then I've been scared to talk to her; although we say hi every time we see each other. We mostly just hang out at his house watching movies because he has no money (he's an artist). But we kiss for a long time (before sex and AFTER sex too), he is affectionate, he still wants to hang out even after we've had sex, usually we go to Starbucks or something, and we also do a lot of talking. But he is hesitant to come down to my place for a weekend (we're in a LDR). He says it's because December is really busy with family and Christmas stuff, and it's probably also because he has no money. Do you think he has feelings for me or is just not that interested?

Today i went to court with my baby's dad for child support along with having to pay for the son he's never seen he also wanted to have my son's last name changed to his.. so my question is this if he requested no parenting time and has made no attemts to see him why does he want him to have his last name?
