Why would you want to? He can't make a good decision. If you can't get over your feelings for him, then put a lot of distance between you.

he is obviously having some trouble ridding himself of her. encourage him in an indirect way to leave her. maybe if he goes out with someone else he can finally break it off with her. but you don't want to be the rebound chick, so wait it out.
