Spam her computer so that she refuses to open any of you emails. Tell her that the spam is due to some virus that attatched itself to your email account and to delete all emails from that account and you'll merely email her using a new email account.
Try to date a couple of the "spams" to occur before the one you sent that you do not want her to read. You will need to send around 50 emails for this to work. Is it worth it?
or log into her account and delete it from her email yourself.

Sorry your S.O.L dude. only thing you can do (besides grovel) is. If you know her password you can go in and intercept the email otherwise you have to kiss some booty to make it up. or say you got hacked and someone is sending emails from your account

Just email her again, and apologize, saying that the previous email was erroneously sent to her. If it's not meant for her then I don't think she should get angry. Don't fret too much. Apologize now!
