I would wait for a good opportunity for one! ;) Make sure he really is a good guy or he might try to take advantage of this situation! If you are afraid to tell him, or this is somewhat of a new thing for you show him in little ways and let him know that he has caught your interest! That way it's playing it safe! If you have known him and really do have great feelings towards him, look him in the eyes and be serious, try not to look shy so neither of you feel uncomfortable. (I look people in the eyes and show them most everything through eyes, they are the keys to the soul!) Put in that one look that you want when you say it. Rather it be tender, sweet, suggestive of taking the realtionship a step further to a friend (if you dont know him so well) or boyfriend, and be brave. Simply tell him "You like him", or maybe some feelings toward him. Like " Your so awsome" (a smile afterwards never hurts), once again by saying this it allows you to play it more safe, or something you admire especially, like he's funny, or witty, or sweet!

Flirt with him and see if he responds then he likes u and definetly he'll ask u out...if he didn't then u'll have to tell him..but try to tell him in an indirect way...because u know when it's direct he might lose feelings...or he feels that feeling when u know that someone like's u then u'll be like eughhh lol...
