If he keeps annoying you, have some of your other friends (girls) over at your house. When he is not expecting it, have two girls try and take him down and then when he is on the floor have one girl take his hands and another girl take his ankles and carry him to his room and put him on his bed and hold him there. When he is on the bed, have the girls give him a makeover by making him dress like a girl and putting makeup on him. When you are finished giving him the makeover, have two girls carry him outside and take pictures of him dressed like a girl or have him go shopping with you and all the girls while he is dressed like a girl. (When you carry him you might want to swing him)
This will probably work because he will probably be embarrased if he goes out dressed like a girl.
This answer deserves 10 points. It is the best solution

i feel for u girl, and to answer your question honestly, there's no way ur gonna get him out of your hair until ur out on ur own. I'm an older sister to and if your brothers anything like mine i'll pray for you, lol. but lets face it, deep inside we know we're stuck with 'em and i bet if you dig a little deeper you can admit you even love the kid. siblings will be with you longer than your folks. and i hope that u and i can make good relationships with our brothers now, cuz this is the kind of thing that decides ur future. you will either have him in ur life or you'll regret not having him closer to you.
we'll figure it out together

It's pretty much what brothers do actually. Be patient, they'll grow out of it. When the both of you are all grown up, you guys will be buddies. Trust me. This is all part of growing up, that's all. Just have fun with it for now. No, seriously.

I don't know how old is he,but probably he will leave you alone when he grows to age of 15-16 years.Till that you'll just have to live with that. And don't forget, you're not alone with that,in every family it is the same!

He'll never stop bugging you. I'm 43 and my 39 year old brother still bugs me. He'll end up being a good friend though, so don't be so quick to ditch him. You should appreciate him.

Go up to him and give him kisses on his face all of the time, no matter what. Throw in some hugs as well. Pretty soon he'll want to avoid you at all cost.
