I asked my wife for a divorce but she refuses to give me one, can I still divorce her in the state of PA? What do I need to do? Can I file without her or how does it work?

course cuz i she never wanted to c u again and u wanted to marry say a true love then ya becuz a state is like a country and a state has diffrant rules texas has differnat rules to cailfornia so its like saying if she come to the u.k could she get married ya cuz that part of the world has nothing to do with here and if your here and her still there OF COURSE

Hire a good divorce attny. Pay the price for your freedom. It's not cheap!

you can file but she will still need to sign sorry no way around it

i am sure you can. you need to find a good attorney who will fight for you and your rights on visitation of your baby.
