I have a crush on this kid that goes to my school. I talk to him a little in class but thats just about it. How can i let him know i want to be better friends with him and get to know him without making it too obvious?

I have two friends, Saul and Vanessa and they ae super smart...and super NICE...maybe too nice. Theyre in the 8th grade but I think people totally take advantage of them, like teasing them or copying hmk, and just being plain mean, because they know they wont do anything about it or say no. How can they make people gain their respect? Vanessa is my BFF and I cant stand watching ppl make fun of her or/and copy her HMK...so I defend her, but I'm getting really tired of having to stand up to ppl 4 her, then they think IM stuck up, which im not if you get to know me. And Saul, well I just feel bad for him cuz once I sat next to him in algebra and he dumped all his feelings out on me and practically started crying! Im just sick of this crap!

So, once again...do you think people take advantage of nice people? And how can they gain ppls respect?

We took family pictures when my stepson came to visit. he tells his mother everything and she is dying to see a picture of me and my husband's new baby. we told my stepson we will send the pics to him but we are now second guessing the idea. send them, after all the pics are for him, or just keep them available for him to see at our home? opinions please!

My boyfriend hasn't talked to me since Sunday night. My friends say that I should just give it time and he will talk to me, but I wanna know what other people think since my friends are probably just making me feel better and keep my spirits up. So tell me what you think. I don't know if you would call it much of a quarrel, but when he stopped talking to me I was over at a friend's house and saw her baby and I sent him a message saying "Omg I want a baby ". He came back with " Well you aren't getting one from me soon ". And I sent him back " With the way you have been acting lately I don't think I am getting one from you ever " . And therefor he has stopped talking to me. And I have called him to see how he is doing and he doesn't pick up or call me back and I have apologized for what I said.

My son has ADHD, he does not listen to his father or me, we have to ask him numerous times to stop a particular bahavior or come behind to make sure he does what he is suppossed to be doing, we also have to ask numerous times for him to finally do what he is asked to do. We have tried yelling, talking to him, taking away priveleges, and spanking him on occasion. It seems like everything we have tried is not working. I have also taken him to a counsleor, this has helped some but his behaves for a short period of time, basiscailly he behaves to earn something back that we have taken away from him because he has misbehaved, then once he gets it back, he goes right back to misbehaving again at school, at home, at the afterschool program, and on the school bus. He recently got suspended from the school bus for three days because he refused to do what the bus driver asked him to do.

I've been with my boyfriend for nearly 6 months now, and I feel like he is going off me. I've tried making a real effort, making sure my hair and make-up is done perfectly when he comes over, dressing up to go out with him, giving him space when he seems to need it, being there to listen to him when he wants to talk.
On the one hand, he suggested to me that he would like us to move into a flat together, but on the other hand, recently he has said that he will come see me, but doesn't.
It doesn't help that I've just started a new job, and am working almost opposite hours to him.
I'm just kind of scared that he is going off me...

What is the difference between an anniversary band and wedding band? My fiance just purchased a wedding band for me, we are getting married 12-20-06 and I noticed that it says on the website "anniversary band" can I still use that as a wedding band? Does a princess cut solitaire match a princess cut chanel band? And does anyone know how wide 2.5mm is? Is it a thin band? Are we supposed to get married with a engagment and wedding band? My child support is electronically drafted each month and deposited in her account. I have also given her thousands of $ above my ordered obligation. I also provide for my (x-stepdaaughter) who is in my heart really mine. However my x not only ignores the bills I send her for what our divorce says she should pay, but she doesn't even offer to help with expenses for my x-stepdaughter who is her biological child. They both live with her and I have liberal visitation and am very thankful for that, however, the money she owes by court order and what she should voluntarily want to give me for xsd is running into the thousands of $. $5000 for braces, I payed all. $2500 worth of cosmetic surgery, I payed. I also buy all of their clothes, I take them to the doctor, dentists , ect. I take them on vacations every year, sometimes twice. I've already been informed that a new car at 16 is my responsibility as well.
I don't mind bearing the bulk of the expense but her help would be nice.

My dad drank to much. He always does. My 16 year old sister left to go to school and left me behind with my 16 month old sister. I always am being stuck with her and i don't want to leave her with my dad. Wheres my mom your probably asking. She works late and even when she is home i still have problems with my dad. He drink a lot and he really is taking out his anger toward me. I do a lot to help round the house but now he has gone way over board with his drinkin problems he starts to grab me and slaps my baby sis i try to take her away from him but he yells at me and says 'shes my daughter this is my house i'll do whatever i want.' I dont want him to die from drinking problems and dont want him to be sent to jail for abousing me. I stay out of his way a lot. I lock myself in my room w/ my sis and stay there the intire night until my mom comes home. I even have an aunt living in my basement that cant get out on her own. I need help badly. Please help with any imformation you can give
