We took family pictures when my stepson came to visit. he tells his mother everything and she is dying to see a picture of me and my husband's new baby. we told my stepson we will send the pics to him but we are now second guessing the idea. send them, after all the pics are for him, or just keep them available for him to see at our home? opinions please!

If he has requested them, oblige, send pix of the baby. Otherwise, he can view them on next visit. Try not to get caught up in the games of the X. I know it's hard.

Who cares if she sees you and the baby? Why would that bother you?
I am an ex-wife and my former husband acts like I have some disease. It's ridiculous and not good for the children. I don't have any bad feelings toward him and I am always pleasant when I speak with him. I only think of him as my children's father and rarely even think about our former marriage.
He just had a baby with his new wife and I would like to see that baby because I would love to see if she looks like my sons. That is my only interest, why is that wrong?
The best thing for your stepson is for you and your husband to get beyond the divorce and men some fences. It is possible.

Do you have the negatives? Just get a second printing done. That way you can both have the pictures. If the pictures were digital and you lost the files, but have them printed out, there are ways to make copies. Go to a photo store and get them scanned and reprinted.

I would send them because she will have something to say for not sending them. Besides her son "is" in the pics and he is your son's sibling. If there were pics of just them two it would have been easier. Don't sweat it. You could be fat, bald or only have one tooth she would still be jealous! You will look fabulous because you are with your family and they compliment you.

I think there must be no problems if you send him the pictures. There is nothing wrong in that. If you can make a copy for urself then keep one for ur self and send the other to him...Thats all i can think of.

send them, cause after all they are for your stepson, having his best interest at heart is being the bigger person.

You need to be only thinking of your step-son. Thinking about the x is really only playing games. Who cares if she wants to see a pix of you, that is about her not you! Do what is good for your son.
