i like this manager at a store but he talks to my mom he never talks to me but one day he came over and sacked for us and my mom said he was checking me out does that mean he likes me

well if he's never talked to you (not to sound mean) but I think he just liked your body, I mean how could he like your personality if he's never even spent real time with you.

Your mom is wrong about the manager checking you out. Just because he may of looked at you means nothing. He was checking out your mom. You said he talks to her and that is why he came over to sack for you and your mom.

Ummm..yeah. I would say so, working at wal-mart the only time I would have done that would have been if I was bored..And..if I was bored I would have helped those in need of help (in order of beauty and popularity). I think the guy likes you, but he may not be able to act on it, either from shyness or fear of losing his job. I know that managers are expected to show a degree of professionalism. I trick to try with him is to tell him where you are going to be..I have done this in the past, you tell someone where you are going to be during a certain timeframe...if they show up you know they are legit and if they do not...then....just say I'm going to be at _________ fill in the blank tonight....you should come. You are not technically asking him out and he is technically not reciprocating. If he is legit, and single he will show up regardless of what his workplace rules and regulations are.....if he likes you. If not, he will make up some B.S. excuse and not show up. As a female it's an easy way to test the water.....

If a guy is checking you out he must think you look pretty hot. But if he was flirting with your mom first I would advise shying away from that. He's probably a horn dog.

For a manager to check out employees is called sexual harassment. I would IMMEDIATELY notify his Boss. (i.e. district manager, Vice President, whatever). You should also notify labour relations board should you have to be fired because of this, and call your local police department.
