Ok, I am now in a good relationship of 4 months with a great guy. But before we were ever together...i had feelings for another guy. Very strong feelings..I loved him and I still do. I never told him this, we are just friends.
This wouldnt be soo much of a problem, if i could get the other guy out of my head...I kno I love him more than my bf..who I do love, just differently. I think about the other guy constantly..not in a sexual way. I dont think its fair to my current bf who loves me a lot...for me to feel this way about another person. I want to give 100% to this relationship, but no matter what i do...i cant push the other guy out of my mind. Ive tried to get over him time and again...but nothing seems to work in the long term. Im debating on whether or not to tell that guy how i feel by writing him a letter...just to see if he feels the same. My friends tell me to break up with my bf because hes going to get hurt..but that will happen either way. What should I do?

Ok...loving the man that I am with...but, I have this hang up. He is bigger than I thought and I can't stop thinking about that first ___major__slide___in! He provokes me by whispering in my ear about it all the time. Then I get all turned on. It just gets me every time. That is the one thing I beg him for...It just pushes me over the edge every time and makes me do my thingy way ahead of time. So, should I just enjoy this or what do you think?

A while back, this good friend of years started flirting with me. We got close, so I asked her if she liked me. I had started to grow some feelings, but she denied that she was flirting intentionally and said she was being friendly. Now, we are much closer friends, but she touches me more than ever, taps my foot at meetings, and tells a group of girls that I am her boyfriend. She told me that telling the group of girls was a joke, and she proclaimed, "Isn't that funny?" I did not know how to react! What the heck does she want??

Being that my x and I were together for 7 months and he was my first love lately things have been really hard for me. I just want a completely honest, open guy who doesn't feel the need to pick up girls at bars to find a girlfriend, doesn't lie about himself, hasn't slept around his entire life, doesn't need porn to be a part of his life and would never cheat on a girlfriend. I think I'm going through a great depression cause I believe I dont have what it takes to be married to my wife. She is beautiful. Promiscuous past. Our families are different. So much so that I dont like to be with them. I jealous but not controlling. Instead choosing to silently suffer because I dont want to control her.
We've talked. I just dont think we should be married. So many people would be devastated. I could lose the only women that has mostly everything I wanted. But the very things that I didnt like when we got together are still there. She wants to remain friends with her old friends. I dont get along with her family.

Her family : macho type, inconsiderate, shallow, materialistic, and rude. My family: the opposite of that.

We have lived away from her promiscuous past, our families since we've been married.But anytime we go back for holidays its fights. And pretty soon we plan to move back. She loves me but i just feel like i have to bare soo much. in pain

I really need some good feedback. I spent 2 years starving to get my business off the ground. I refused to give up and I worked my butt off with stress like a wall on my shoulders the entire time. No one from my family helped or supported me AT ALL. If I heard anything, it was, "You're never going to make it", "Maybe you need to find another career", etc. So the last year or so have been great. I went from starving to do really, really well. I still work my butt off but things are so much better. In the last 6 months, I have had people come out of the woodwork asking for help financially--always with some desperate story attached. I'm not a rock, I do feel for them. I did loan a bit in the beginning, but have found that they don't stop asking after that. I am not an ATM, did not win the lottery, and am sick of it. I have said things like, I'm sorry, I can't help you, but then I am evil. What a mess. Please help.

I will try to make this short and sweet... i met a man, hit it off. been seeing him since sept 13thand offically "dating" his words, whatever that means, since october 24th. He took me home for thanksgiving and i met his WONDERFUL family, including his mother whom he adores.He has met my 2 children, and i have his, and he talks about my kids to his friends and family. If i am not spending the night at his place, he is at mine. So i got a little typsy one night and asked him how long b4 I was aloud to fall in love with him and he said it was WAY 2 soon for that. I can see he is into me cause we spend a lot of GOOD time together. he has clothes and other personal belongings at my house. N E way what i want to know is am I wrong for feeling like I am falling in love? Is it too soon? I think I fell for him the first night I met him...in a way, and every day i feel more. But i never really tell him. cept that one time, and look how that went. just let me know how this situation sounds

Less than a month ago, her boyfriend kicked her out of the house because he was either messing around on her or thinking about it. At very least he was lying to her and she figured it out, conforted him with her doubts which he eventally told her he didn't know if he loved her or the other girl.

About a week or so ago, she moved back in and today I find out that she and him are now making wedding plans. I am mortified, I know he is a liar, and at least a mental cheater if not a cheater and I am scared she is really fixing to mess up her life.

Please post as if you were talking straight to her, she won't listen to me or her older sister and I am hoping that someone will be able to get through to her. I plan to let her read your answers and leave my mouth out of it.

Please share horror stories you have had or advise her. She really really needs some help NOW!

I know I am going to get crucified for this, but here it goes. I just got married last October. My wife and I were best friends with her brother and his wife. I was together with her for 8 years and didn't get married for the best reason. My sister in law (brother in law's wife) felt the same way about her marriage. We started talking and connected and had an affair for several months. They found out and we are both going through divorces. We are madly in love and want to be together.
