ask me ifi care is SO right, the state child support agencies have too big a load to try to find your deadbeat. You can go to www.zabasearch.com for free and look him up and his relatives too. Once you have a lead on where he is, then you can bring that to the state agency.

I ended up hiring a collection agency to get my back due support. I paid $15 up front and they hired the attorney to sue him. I gave up 1/3 of the money for the service. But 2/3 is way better than zero!

good luck

Don't your children ever see the deadbeat's family during the Holidays? Maybe you could find out by having one of the children peek in the old address book at Granny's...depending on their age.

Child support services is a joke! If you arent on welfare anddont owe the gov't they wont help . Now if you were livin in the projects and gettn food stamps and a check then yeah they will find him YOU know why because they want their money. If your a mom who works hard everday takes good care of the kid WITHOUT the govt help your are sh it outta luck.

Other than hiring a private detective, I really don't know. Just give the information to child support and hopefully they can find this person.

His social security number, should be all you need. any time he were to start a new job, he would have to use it. Unless he is stealing someone elses identity. Which is a crime, so as far as I know the child support agency should beable to track him through his number. Good Luck

Depending on what state you live in all you need is a SS#.
Turn it over to child support enforcement division, they will take care of the rest.

All you need to do is file for child support. when you go down to see your case worker, give them all the information you have and they will locate him for you. I can find out where mine is and i have only half the informatin you have. So you should be able to locate him with out much of a hassle.
