I am 29 years old have been dating for the past two years after coming out of a 6 year relationshop. I can't believe the amount of men who don't bother to open doors, say thank you to waiters, give compliments or even bother to call to say they are late or even disinterested. I have zero hope in chilvarly, I beg you to prove me wrong. Stories of chilvarous acts would be great!

My friend of 18 years told me that she is involved with a 17 year old, she's 28 and a mother of 2...She's been with him for 2 years and I think that it's wrong...When I told her that, she laughed and reminded me that I messed around with a 18 year old last year...I loved this guy, and we were more like friends but I moved away and only messed with him on my last night there...Am I wrong?

I'm going to ask this again because it is really bothering me and only 1 person answered. i was best friends with this guy for 3 years that liked me and I was too scared to start a relationship with. We lost touch because I got married for several years. When I got divorced I tried to find him about 4 years have passed now and I finally found him by phone yesterday. I was hoping he was still single because I'm in love with him and have thought of him all this time. He told me he had been looking for me for a while and was very glad to hear from me. He got married last year and is happily married he wants to see me and me and his wife hang out. I adore him and I am very happy for him but I am sad and don't know if I can hang out with him and his wife because it will make me sad. We were so perfect for each other. I really don't want him out of my life but what should I do? Should I leave him alone? This is so hard we were so perfect for each other. I still want to be friends. HELP

Ok. My gf and I broke up after she cheated on me. I have now been in love twice and both times was seriously hurt. I am just looking for a good girl who won't hurt someone she loves. I'm a sweet romantic guy who knows what he wants in life and thats to be happy with someone. I'm 21 from Toronto.

I guess my two questions are, is anyone interested in me? and where would be a good place to look for such a person in Toronto.

I am REALLY SHY at first and met this last gf online first and talked to her for about 5 months before actually meeting her.

My fiance and I will be getting married in a few months, but want a pagan wedding. It will be too cold to get married outside, so any ideals for an inside wedding? and someone to marry us. We are both pagans, so a traditional christian wedding is out of the question.

Suppose you fell in love with someone other than your husband / spouse of 15 years. You still love your husband, very much, you are just not "in" love with him; you are in love with this other person. The other is still in love with you, but chooses his wife. To top it all off, you have to think of the best situation for your children to grow up in. Suggestions? Cutting it off completely doesn't seem to be working. Counseling is helping, a little, but it is a long process, and the relationship has existed for almost a year.

I am 18 and still a virgin and my friends tease and belittle me all teh time because of it. They've labled virginity as if it were a disease of some sort, I wanna know is it? I mean everywhere you look there is sex everywhere. I find myself asking is it worth it to be made fun of by even my sisters and brothers? I personally just wanna wait til i find someone I'm ready to give that to. I'm not a prude and I'm not waiting for marriage, just someone special. But its hard even my 14 year old niece has had sex before! I'm not saying that women who have chosen to have sex already are in any way less than I am. Everytime I see questions like this people seem to be applauding the virgin who asked the question. I do't want applause I just would like some advice on how to stick to my guns, because with all the peer pressure I just feel like I should, even though I'm not ready.

A guy that I was dating casually/lover for more than a year just recently moved away for job reasons. We're still keeping in touch, although not as much as we were in person of course. We never really talked about our problems together but I felt that it should be done if we were to get serious. He was starting to open up right before he left, but I feel that there is unfinished business on both of are parts. In a recent email, I told him that I had overcome my problem with diet pills (ephedrine) so that maybe he'd understand that I had a problem too with addiction...his addiction (chewing tobacco) and hopefully he can understand how much I care for him. Anyway, long story short-sorry, if I emailed him with that info, will this make things weird between us or will it help the relationship, like us trust each other? What do guys think about that type of situation?

I got too close to my female friend and I told her I had feelings for her. She decided it wud be best to remain friends. Also said:

1) "I can't imagine you not being in\a part of my life" MEANING???
2)"I don't deserve your feelings"? MEANING???

Positive or negative comments? Significant?

I then told her a few weeks later that I needed some time away from her and she DISAGREED\WAS RUDE TOWARDS ME as a result---does it mean anything???Why?

She said friends don’t take time apart from each other, that I should get a 1)“grip”, for me to 2)“sort my head out” and to stop causing this 3)“conflict”---MEANING?

My reason was that she was behaving odd towards me and I thought it best we have some time apart.Especially for me to get over my feelings.

Have said I value our friendship and I mean that.

Advice?

p.s.she don't like talking about it.

Its like she doesn't want me,but doesn't want anyone else to have me.(she gets jealous when I mention other girls)

I say that the fact she has me should be "present" enough for her, but she disagrees. Well, actually, she said I'm a cheap bastard without any hope of a normal life and thew a heavy ceramic bowl at my head. Now that I had to get the stitches and go to the emergency room, I'm not feeling very giving. Am I cheap, or is she a nut bag, selfish, self-centered, only cares about herself, gold digger?

No particular reason for posting this question, as I don't particularly care. I just thought I'd see what you people reckon.

I don't know why I haven't, I'm not homosexual. I just have never had any intimacy with girls.

Divorce states "shared" custody with Dad having primary physical custody. (we agreed to let him have physical custody when we got divorced. And we also agreed that when the kids are over 12 they can decide where they want to be) We live 2,000 miles apart. My son WANTS to live with his Dad. But dad says he can't. (His current wife had a big say in this) Son has ADHD and behavior issues. Son was living with dad for most of the time since divorce 10 years ago. He has been with me for last year and a half. Dad wouldn't even take him for Summer break!
So here's the question--
Can I legally fly him out there and leave him on his dad's doorstep?? Would I get into trouble?
I personally think this 14 y/o needs his Dad and his older sister that lives with Dad. Can Dad just say "Nope you burned your bridges- YOu can't live with us" -Even though he is SUPPOSED to have physical custody.. Does Physical custody change since he has has physically been in my care for the last 1.5 years?
