my friend who is a girl doesnt like her pictures being taken, i have seen her pictures, they come out awful! she looks quite good in real life though (well of course she has her bad days, and apparently quite a few, but generally speaking she is very cute, and i think she knows that!) now if she doesnt want her pictures to be taken, then why do people force her to? like they literally use their physical power to drag her into the picture. fine, they like to have their friend/family member in the picture, but isnt it a kinda selfish reason? i have seen her cry when she sees her "ugly" pictures, is it really worth it? those people need to give her a break. friendship/family love is not all about taking pictures, is it?

i like this guy and he said he liked me but now i feel that he doesn't like me anymore because we don't talk much
sometimes he seems to ignore me and other times he's nice and gets me soda and stuff
but i can't stop thinking about him and i have this urge to see him everyday and i can't concentrate on anything else..but i'm too scared to make plans...what should i do?

Me and my wife have been married for about a year, been together for about two years. We are both in our early thirties. she recently became a lawyer and now she thinks she is too good for me. She wants me to give up my favorite hobby and says I need to get a job. My hobby is collection Jar Jar Binks collectables and wearing a Jar Jar costume as I walk around town. While walking around, I like to bring joy to people. I go into stores and throw potato chips or other foods around, I dance in front of cars that are stopped at red lights, I knock on random houses doors and do Jar Jar quotes and dances. This takes quite a lot of time, several hours a day. How can I find the time to get a job? But my Jar Jar collectables are very expensive, and my wife gets all upset when I buy them with her money. Then she flipped out like a crazy person when I suggested we use the Jar Jar costume during our lovemaking. I can't live like this. Why can't she just let me live my life? Should I divorce her?

I have teenage Daughters and I thought it was kinda cute at first because my Daughter said her friend has a crush on me. now this ( child ) I remind you all ! comes around more even when ( my daughter her friend ) isn't here > I tell her to go home not to be rude but this girl has problems and making sexual remarks that would shock your own ears into believing this couldn't happen, I'm no child molester and told my Daughter to keep her clear away from here, and never invite her back, and I even called the law but this girl was caught last night hidding in my bedroom closet and this was the boiling point of me placing alarms now on all my own bedroom windows. what draws these children to this point to think they can have sex with who ever they want at my age 45 . ?

Ok, so I really, really, REALLY like this guy and his best friend found out. He didn't tell him I like him, instead, he dared him to ask me out for kicks. He did. Since I really liked him, I said yes. I had a really good time. Then I overheard him and his friends laughing about our date. They watched him ask me out and said I was falling all over him. I feel really bad. How can I get over him? And in a situation like this, do you think pay back is ok? PLEASE HELP!!!

I mean, we are supposed to have separation of church and state. So what is the argument against gay marriage from a legal standpoint? It's not like homosexuals will go away, or stop having relationships just because they can't marry. Same sex couples are allowed to adopt kids! If there's no problem with them raising children, why can't they get married? It seems illogically discriminatory to me.

So im going to a dinner tonight with my parents and I'm supposed to meet this girl. She just got adopted by my dads friend and apparently she was like just given up for adoption for her moms drugs or something (how stupid). Anyway so basically im the most protected person in the world.(never had a relative die, no divorces, no break ups in the family, no major fights, nothing at all). So you know Im 14 and this girl is like either 13-14. I dont know what to do. Do I just treat her normal? or what?

My son lives with me and he went to his mothers for Thanksgiving (6 hour drive). I ended up going to my fathers for Thanksgiving (12 hour drive in other direction). For the last 4 years we have meet in the middle. I've always made the drive, but sometimes the mother has another driver pickup/dropoff our son.

This time, I hired a driver to pick my son up on Sunday at the normal meeting point. This driver is a family friend (25 years, 50 years old).

The mother has been informed that I won't be meeting, but instead my hired driver will be there. The mother has now refused to meet.

I don't know if there is a federal law or state law, but could anybody share any knowledge they have related to this issue.

I suppose my question would be "Can the mother refuse to meet with the father's hired driver?"

My sister-in-law has a daughter, from a relationship. He has to pay her child support and it is court ordered. The father of her child, was in a serious car wreck, but he's ok and she's thankful for that. He owes her at least 13,000 dollars in child support, because he got behind on his payments. She asked me to post this question, she recently found out, that her daughter's father, is supposed to get a 50,000 dollar settlement, from the car wreck and she wanted to know, if her daughters father, would have to give their child, any of that money, being that he's behind on payments, does he have to report the settlement, to the Child Support Enforcement Agency? Thanks.

I am wondering if I should break up with a new guy before I get too attached.
I am really crazy about him. I think he is so sweet, funny, smart, handsome & cool. If I could create the perfect guy it would be him, except for one big glaring fault.We're finally talking about big issues and it turns out he is an ardent card carrying Liberal Democrat Letist.
I dont mind what his beliefs are, I respect other beliefs and opinions.
But I also think for myself and am not affliliated with either political party right now. I think they both have problems.
I also am for social justice, animal rights & environment so I can't call myself a right winger. But I also can't call myself a leftist either. Im for small goverment and stuff.
My wonderful guy let me know that he was disappointed that I wasnt a strident democrat and let me know how much he hates republicans and won't even talk to anyone who doesn't fully support stem cell research without reserve. Im sad I feel like I should break up
