Me and my wife have been married for about a year, been together for about two years. We are both in our early thirties. she recently became a lawyer and now she thinks she is too good for me. She wants me to give up my favorite hobby and says I need to get a job. My hobby is collection Jar Jar Binks collectables and wearing a Jar Jar costume as I walk around town. While walking around, I like to bring joy to people. I go into stores and throw potato chips or other foods around, I dance in front of cars that are stopped at red lights, I knock on random houses doors and do Jar Jar quotes and dances. This takes quite a lot of time, several hours a day. How can I find the time to get a job? But my Jar Jar collectables are very expensive, and my wife gets all upset when I buy them with her money. Then she flipped out like a crazy person when I suggested we use the Jar Jar costume during our lovemaking. I can't live like this. Why can't she just let me live my life? Should I divorce her?

Yeah, do her that favor and then check yourself into a place where the guys in white coats are in charge.

Why are you thinking of divorce? It should be your wife thinking about divorce. She doesn't think she's better than you, she just doesn't want to be married to a Jar Jar. You need to grow up, get a job and contribute to the support of your household and your wife. With all the people starving and going hungry, it's a sin for you to throw around any type of food. You're pressing your luck dancing in front of stopped cars. A turning car can hit you or some other accident will eventually happen. The streets is no place to play. One of these times someone is going to call the police or mistake you for a burglar and let you have, ringing their doorbells in a Jar Jar costume. People have plenty of joy in their lives without you being irresponsible and wasting your wife's hard earned money being a Jar Jar. That's just an excuse you want to use. These people think your're crazy and not funny. If your hobby is so expensive, then you need a job to support it yourself instead of having your wife doing it for you. You need to work first and have a hobby second. Your wife wants to make love with a man and not a Jar Jar. Even if your wife knew this before you got married it's no excuse for the way you're behaving. You chose marriage. With marriage, comes responsibility. You made vows before God and man to love, honor, and cherish your wife and to forsake all others. If you did not want to do any of this then you shouldn't have gotten married. You need to do your self a favor and get some professional help.

I am confused, is she your mother or your wife? You sound like her little boy that she is supporting. You need to grow up, get a job and stop acting like a strange little child. You should be building a life together if you are married, not sucking off her financial breast. Everyone has their own kinks, but I can't imagine a bigger turn off for your wife than getting screwed by Jar Jar

Wow. I can't tell if this is a joke or not. Let's assume it's not.

Give up the Jar Jar Costume for a week. When she sees that you're not happy and why people around town keep asking where Jar Jar is and they miss him, maybe she'll give in and let you be Jar Jar. If not, then you probably should give up your hobby if it will save your marriage. Maybe you should open up a clown business or a costume shop.

Marriage is about compromise. Why dont she join you in your excursions. Go door to door with you. Dance and sing and throw your potato chips. When the day is done you have been together. This is called togetherness. That is what marriage is all about.
