well if you are not happy, and you say you are happy with your life then you probably are not happy with yourself, you must learn to love yourself before you can truly be happy. i would suggest that you take some time and ask yourself what you truly want, and how you truly feel. i hope i was helpful.

Boy that is a hard one......I and a lot of my friends have been in the same situation. Can I ask "Are you happy with yourself"? Do you feel pretty? I know since I gained weight this is the biggest issue affecting me to acheiving my happiness goal. I have a fiance, I have a home, I have friends too! The other question is "Do you take care of yourself", I think sometimes we are so busy taking care of others we forget we have needs. Too much going out and not enough going in. Find something that you really enjoy doing and make that a priority, even if money is a factor. They say that you should pay yourself first and put it into savings but remember pay yourself (take care of) first so you feel saved.

There could be a lot of answers to this question. I dreamed and dreamed of having a second child. It finally happened! We were so excited, and then after the delivery I was SO depressed and then I was mad at myself for being depressed because I knew my life was perfect and I had nothing to be depressed about, but sometimes they way you feel is just out of your control. Your body has so many hormones and chemicals that control so many things and emotions are one of them. If you are truly unhappy all the time, than you should talk to someone and see about seeing a doctor to find out if they can make you feel better. The only thing that got me through my hard time was my Christianity. It made me able to step back away from my depression and know logically that everything was OK I'm just sad and that's OK. With the right attitude and treatment, it can be fixed and my Savior (Heavenly Father) won't let me down. Hope this helps!

You are happy. If you analyze it too much you will talk yourself into thinking you aren't happy. Don't worry, be happy!
It helps to have something to look forward to. Pick a date and go on a trip or save up for something fun.
Do volunteer work in a hospital or a women's shelter. It is the happiest feeling in the world.
