I got a Kodak C300 for about $90. It is easy to use and upload pictures to the internet and emails. If you don't know a thing about cameras it is a good place to start, it's virtually "idiot proof".

There are $20 dollar digital cameras, but I don't recommend you get one of those. There are also some that are pretty good for about $50 dollars, those are the cheapest you can get if you want a sub par to good one.

I am not completely sure but if you go on froogle.com you can type in "digital camera" and then go to the price range thingy, pick your range and see your results! ^_^ I hope this helps!
