What is the correct definition of making out and how do I do it right? What's the proper way to make out?

For me, making out involves everything you can do without removing any clothing, or at least with minimal displacement of clothing, i.e. kissing and touching.
To be safe, I would just try to concentrate on being a good kisser. You only get that with practice, unless you're a natural. Look around Yahoo Answers for topics about kissing.

The correct defintion for making out is kissing for over a minute. There is no right or proper way to make out just go with it. Some can kiss good and some can't you just have to practice and live with it.

There's no "proper" way to make out. You just do it, but it has been my experience that most guys are really aggressive and they basically suck at kissing period. If you really like a guy, I'm sure he'll teach you how to make out and he's probably a hell of a better kisser than the shitty guys I've dated. ;-)

Intense kissing and possibly leading to "heavy petting" or "feeling" or otherwise referred to as "getting to second or third base". The kissing leads to nibbles and even love bites (hickeys).
There is no proper way. It is either happening or not and in either case -- you both know it.
