I got married in January 2004.
I filed divorce case in California. My spouse is not with me by last 10 months. We were in contact by mail/ phone/ chat but I stopped talking/ contacting her three months back.

I decided to go for divorce and filed a case in September.
She does not want divorce but I want divorce.

She signed papers on 15th September (summon).
What will be separation date for community property division?

well i'm turning 18 this saturday, and i really don't have any bright ideas on what i should do. i want to hang out with my friends but i'm sure they won't have ALOT of money to spend. so i was thinking i should go to the mall with my mom to go shopping and take pictures, then later i wanted to go to the movies to see HAPPY FEET! and after that go get something to eat.. it's sounds fun to me but u know i really want to have fun that day, so are there anymore ideas that u guys might have that will be fun to do and not expensive?!?

ryt now this is long..
basicly i n 4 other mates went to this girls house for a night, to get pissed, her mum booked us a table at a.s.k n then we were gona get the booze, we got the booze (24 fosters, 8 bcarde breezers) n drank them at her house because there were cops out in the town, it was very fun but we made a lot of mess but maddie cleared this up cause she was cybre n her mum came back we went 2 her room n stayed there. then i got a call from an x-boy friend n said he wantes 2 meet us n get off wiv us, but we couldn`t go out cause her mum was back so he climbed through the bathroom window n came in her room, we hid him n his m8s in her cupboard 4 wen she canme up, her mum found out n got very angry, she is now going to call my parents who will be so so angry n i will never be allowed out again, how do i make it easer 4 me.
im only 13 n i need some advise n don`t post anything thts not gona help cause im not in a goo mood!

She is incredibly attractive and I see myself spending the rest of my life with her. I am 25 and she is only the 3rd person that I have been intimate with, the other two were one time hook ups. Here's the problem...over the past year I have really lost my sex drive. She thinks this is very abnormal, since most guys my age don't have this problem. I am not gay so I'll answer that before anyone suggests it. What can I do to increase my sex drive? I am very attracted to her, but it is almost like I don't have the energy to initiate sex as often as we would both like, and sometimes I find myself too tired, even when she initiates it. last nite i was out with my best friend to a club i was feeling bad cause i broke up with my boyfriend friday well me and him was text messaging but my friend started to buy my drinks and we were both drunk 1 hour later and i put my phone away i was outside for a cigarette and i started to talk with this really cute guy the after 3 more drinks we kiss and he introduce me his friend and i introduce him my friend well long story short we were trying to hook them up so that we can hook up well we 4 left the club and kept on drinking me and the guy kept kissing and talking and because i was also talking to his best friend because my friend was puking in the bathroom she got too drunk well we all exchange numbers and 1 hour ago the friend of the guy i was with call me and invite me out he told me he didnt really like my friend she was too loud and rude and he like me well me and him had a really nice conversation and me and his friend didnt have sex should i go out with him ?

i have friends he does not like some of them i got rid of the ones that hit on me and don't respect the relationship. but some are true friends that been there before him and they are male. i am willing to introduce and everything but he doesn't want to. even some female friends he does not like and gets upset if he know i spoke to them. but its okay for him to have a bunch of friends...mostly male and his friend gave his phone number to a female but she did not call so he says but if they are true friends introduce me. as long as they do not over step their boundaries as a friend if they do get rid of them.

My family has done and said some unforgivable and unforgettable things to me and about me ever since I was a child. I have tried my entire life to not listen and believe this stuff but they now have included my kids and they certainly haven't done anything to anyone. It was bad enough when they do it to me and I tried to forgive them and still be a loyal family member but my kids simply because they are My kids? The insults, criticisms, putdowns and I guess the last straw is when they turned me and my children away and told us to stay in a shelter after we lost my husband-their father and our home due to unexpected, sudden funeral expenses and loss of income. They call themselves baptized in church but act like this. Sometimes I think I am crazy and wrong for thinking why are they doing this? I don't drink, smoke, do drugs and I was married to my husband for 26 years. I am 48 years old and have worked 25 of those years. I ask God why do they do this? Strangers are nicer and kinder!

Ive only recently started going out with my girlfriend. We were friends for a while first but then she broke up with her boyfriend and is now with me. Im 29 and i havent had a girlfriend for a long time(this is another story in itself)so Its the first real relationship ive been in. Ive been very insecure and ive been seeking reassurance from her a lot which results in me questioning her about whether or not shes happy to see me, or if shes over her last boyfriend and fully with me or not? that type of thing. Shes getting tired of the questions and ive told her it stops now and in fairness i am dealing with it and trying to sort it out.. But i still have this fear of her dumping me. Its not good coz i cant relax and i know thats what i need to do. Im not naturally insecure, or at least i didnt think so til i met this girl. I am on a bit of a learning curve coz all of this is new to me. So how do i get over this fear of being dumped and relax?

My ex.bf (Jordan) or well the only other guy i really dated beside mike) who i am engaged too.
