Depends on how much you want it to work. My bf was stationed in GA for 3 years and a year of that was in Iraq. That was pretty far away...so its all up to the two involved. trust becomes a big issue with long distance relationships and if its meant to be it will definately find a way to work out.Good Luck!

Long distance relationships can and do work. There is no set distance limit. It's all up to the people involved.

If you're both determined to make it work, it doesn't matter how many miles there are between you because the two of you will find a way to make it work.

I know from experience. My girlfriend lives a little over an hour away from me, and we're both dedicated to making it work. We talk online and on the phone everyday. So far, we've only managed to meet once or twice a week because of my busy schedule. Today is our one month anniversary and we're still going strong.

Of course it can work! My relationship started when I was in Canada and my boyfriend in Puerto Rico, we communicated every day on msn or email, phone , whatever, and 2 years later he moved to Canada! I think our relationship is stronger because our daily communication allowed us to learn everything about each other. If you are meant to be together, it will work. Be creative, rent the same movies and watch them at the same time, send care packages in the mail, get a web cam so you can see each other every day.

Distance is no match for the strong power of love. Love over comes all. Simplely put if you love each other it will work.
