i have friends he does not like some of them i got rid of the ones that hit on me and don't respect the relationship. but some are true friends that been there before him and they are male. i am willing to introduce and everything but he doesn't want to. even some female friends he does not like and gets upset if he know i spoke to them. but its okay for him to have a bunch of friends...mostly male and his friend gave his phone number to a female but she did not call so he says but if they are true friends introduce me. as long as they do not over step their boundaries as a friend if they do get rid of them.

well a boyfriend can't control ur friendship u have with ur friends that's like not respecting u or trusting u with anything...if u love someone or goin out with someone then trust and respect has to come into play...I would never let my friendship go down the drain b/c my boyfriend did not trust me...if he wants to be with u and loves u enough he will respect that u have friends...i'm sure he has friends that are girls it should be no big deal...that sounds a bit of a controling side...i can understand that he is afraid of losing u to a guy or something but friends should not be an issue i would talk with him and let him know that u want friends to and that u care about him but u also care for ur friends in a friendly manner like he cares for his...it's not about popularity or cheating it's about having friends u also care about. When my husband and i first went out it was like that for a while then he started to understand that i have caring friends to that i have been friends with for years that does not mean i like them in a love manner i love them like family just think of it that way.

this boyfriend of yours can have all the friends he wants but only the ones he chooses for you? this is not the dark ages and you cannot allow others to tell you what to do or who to do it with. talk to him about the way you feel, and if he still does'nt see sense dump him. Better people than you and i have fought long and hard for equality for women, and this sort of attitude reminds you that those old ideas still exist. never give up your freedom, any frredom for someone else, you may not be able to get it back.

If i were you i would dump him if he were worth it you wouldnt have to give up your friends to be with him. and he shouldnt be that controling over you either. If he makes you uncomfortable and tries to control your life then dump him cauze he is not worth it belive me no guy is worth giving up life long (or just really good friends)

dump him, he's too controlling. my ex was like that and i lived in hell for about 2 years before i could get away from him...i was lucky, some girls stay for 20 years before they leave.
