I'm sorry but why would you, or your wife, want your balls to get hard? The only thing that you guys should worry about getting hard is the penis and the balls don't have anything to do with that.
Now if you talking about the relaxed hanging balls, then get naked and turn the air conditioning on, they'll shrivel right up. =)

Why do you want hard balls? If you mean an erection then yes, there are prescriptions that a doctor can prescribe for you that may help. Viagra, I think, is the most popular.
