hi i am 27 male ,and i am going to get engaged soon , i never had a girl friend,and i never interacted with girls other than in my house , i was like introvert. and before getting married i had imagined certain image of a girl in my mind to get marry , i got may proposals but i did not find a girl near to my imagination , finally i gat one prosition for a girl who was beautiful but not like my as i had in my mind , but all my family liked her very much , and i also admit that i could not have got better girl than her , so after seeing her i first hesitated to say yes but as my family members were very happy with this girl and their family i said yes . i dont know what i was afraid of , may be getting responsibilty or losing my bachelor life , now we are getting engaged next month and we started talking on phone but she too seems introvert like me so and i also feel shy ,we can not talk much unlike my other friend with thier fiancees , will my marriage work ?

I have a guy friend who I thought flirted with me at times and I thought liked me and I liked him. Now, it is to the point of I really don't like him because he cannot admit his responsiblity in it. He is making me looking the one in the wrong. He is known for womanizing I really did not know this until recently. I doubt we can be friends now. I really don't trust him. I am trying to let it go but it bothers me because we are in bible study classes together and it is a big reminder for me. He thinks a lot of himself and does not really care what others feel like, that has been my impression of him over time. Any suggestions?

I feel so direspected.. my own boyfriend who says he loves me.. ya sure.. called me a hoe and said some really nasty **** to me. Becuz I broke up with him. I broke up with him cuz he was flirting and up on some chics when I caught him. I got really hurt when he told me mean things. I told him, If i am such a hoe then you must be sleeping with a hoe. ha. I just don't understand.. we have been together for almost 3 years. And within the past yr, he has started treating me like ****.. Why???

There are so many things that I dislike about my wife. I'm pretty sure there are many things my wife doesn't like about me. Some of the things could probably be worked out in counseling, others I don't think could be. For instance, I don't find her physically attractive anymore. She's gained some weight. She's not fat, but more overweight then I'd like and certainly heavier than when we met 14 years ago. She doesn't like the things I like to do. I like to be in social situations. She does not. I love her to dress in feminine clothes... skirts, dresses, heels, lingerie, etc, but she doesn't like to. She's bossy. We have a 3 year old son. I think if it weren't for him, I'd probably get out of the marriage. However, son or not, I don't want to be a statistic. So many people I know or am related to got divorced. And especially with our son, I don't want him having to be carted back and forth on weekends. What should I do?

Dear Everyone,

I have been in a online LDR for about two months now. just the past couple of weeks, things have been really confusing. It seems as if we both have soo much on our plates. There was a moment, when i really felt like speaking with him, and I kept calling him over and over, till he called back (he mentioned that he is busy and would call back in a few) the few minutes turned out being 13 hrs later. I got really frustrated, coz he always, doesnt have the courtesy to return phone calls on time. I wrote him an email, and said that I am just confused on how things are, and if he is just ignoring me or something, do let me know. He called back hurt, and we made up --- since then, we had plans to meet on a certain day, I had to cancel coz my daughters recital was gonna happen(we both got children). he took that offensive, and i was joking around that when we speak during the odd hours of the night, i sometimes am half asleep, he took that offensive, he is thinking i have became distant, which is not true…we both just need assurance that things will work out and these are just confusions…….PLEASE EVERYONE HELP ME… I wrote him an email explaining how much he means to me. I just feel soo overwhelmed, at the moment, coz of my parents interfering in my life, and the daily stress of seeing them. I sent him a text message one night, that “I miss speaking with him, love him, and worry for him because he is going through a difficult time”. And he returned my call around 3:45am, we spoke, I did question him, that is he wanting to quit speaking, because their was lots of awkwardness, and he got upset, and asked “is this what I am wanting?” I said NO!!. and ever since, we both have been a little distant.
I sent him an email yesterday, explaining how I felt of him, and explained how these couple of weeks been tough on me. Last night, he called me around 3am and we spoke, it was the first time ever, the he mentioned how his past marriage failed, which we both never opened this topic, but he still says that he is not going to call me in the middle of the nights He has been calling me in the middle of the night, but, then apologizes that he has called this late. As I said before it was the first time, he discussed about his past marriage too. He mentioned that he thinks, I am a bit confused, and we should take a step back (meaning, he will only call during 9am-9pm) and no longer later. He doesn’t say “I love you” anymore. I don’t want to lose him, but what is going through his mind? Is this a bad sign??, I don’t understand, that he says that he is not going to call me in the middle of the nights, but still does so….which I want him to continue? But, I don’t want to break things off with him, he is the best thing that has happened to me.

I have been going down hill for a while now, my relationship with my fiance is on the rocks. I dont get along with my family and im dropping out of college.
Everynight me and my partner argue i always end up crying, i feel like i have nothing to live for anymore.
All my friends tutors at college and my partner say i need to have counsorling, i know i'm down and i do get upset but does this really mean i'm depressed.
I dont talk to my family because my partner threatened them he also hits me and pushes me about.
Whenever we argue he calls me nasty names and says im worthless to anyone. I try to make up to him but theres no happening in that but the thing is i cant get out of that relationship, when i do leave him i go back.
please help me i don't know what is going on i am so confused.

I feel very insecure about my body now that i have been out with my hubby while he works at clubs and socializing place a strip club. I have always known he liked the bodys of women in the music video's with full bodys and nice butt but now i feel totaly akward about my own body now that i have seen him stare at them in real life. I am only 5 ft 6 and 114 pounds and almost flat chested, small hips, and small butt.Hubby has mentioned that maybe i should work out more, consider breast implants and see a nutritionest.My doctor told me i am only 18 yrs old and that i will probably fill in on my own in next 2 yrs.My husband is 24 yrs old and i want him to look at me like he does those other girls?

Everyone knows my sister's my dad's favorite. My brother makes strait D's well I try and get C's and B's but they dote on my brother every time he gets a passing grade. My mom is hard on me and, I think defenetly hates my grades. she's excited for my brother though.

Also, my younger brother - and sometimes my father! - go out in public with their shirts inside out. It's SO annoying. My dad wears mismatched socks, but screams at me if I go around the house with my hair not combed.

I want to move out but I cant, Im only 16. Im sick of getting yelled at. My sister can wear her hair in a mop and still be called cute because she's skinny.

ANY ADVICE ON WHAT I CAN DO? Please?

So i just got out of a long relationship a few months ago and so did this guy i really like. We met and instantly clicked. He made me really feel good about myself, and kept my mind off of my x. He never let me frown. We had a great time together, drove to the beach, i met his family and loved them! They excepted me. After spending the weekend with his family and they were all telling me how much they liked me. Tuesday rolls around and he decides its not going to work out. I'm crushed. And confused. He said he could see having something really good with me but just not right now. I agreed, because i guess i felt like it was a little too soon for me to have a relationship as well. Im still heartbroken. And he came over last night to hang out. While a bunch of friends were at my house.
